exceptional customer service and care
the customer service and help was invaluable, speedy and constant despite being busy.
They answered all my questions and advised me in a way that enabled me to order correct items that were exactly what I needed as identical item was no longer available and in Locksmith land this is always a challenge!!
they made my job extremely easy and they did it so quickly it was fantastic and I cannot stress how helpful this is when I am very busy as a locksmith and on-site security.
Literally lightning speed and when they were so busy, they needed to get back to me, they did either the same day or the next day or even the same day and the next day. I'm so delighted with the service and the products.

Good Afternoon Aileen,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and sorry that you've not yet received your item - your review was the first time that we'd been made aware of this, as it had dispatched last Monday and was scheduled for delivery to you on Tuesday. I have sent you over a few emails today as the tracking is showing that delivery was attempted on 23.04 as my email to you on 22.04 had advised, but unfortunately no one was home and a calling card was left, and the parcel has since been held at the depot. They are going to reschedule delivery for you for tomorrow, as advised to you earlier today :)
Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.

Customer couldn't accept delivery the next working day, so delivery was upgraded FOC to a Saturday delivery as requested, this was delivered and the customer confirmed receipt and said "Thank you, it's fab :D"
