We needed a next day delivery from DPD…
We needed a next day delivery from DPD which we paid extra for, compared to Royal Mail, but they didn't arrive next day which was a bit frustrating.

I have looked into this and the DPD tracking is showing that the order was out for delivery on the 4th, as expected, however a redelivery request was made by yourself for the 5th which is why it was delivered a day late. I have sent you an email to obtain some further information from you about this to allow me to look into this with the courier.

Hi Czeslaw,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, however I am saddened to see that you've rated us 2*. At checkout you are given two delivery options, standard Royal Mail and DPD next day, and on your order you selected the more expensive DPD delivery, so I am a little confused by your comment as there was a cheaper option available should you have wished to go for this. Regarding tax, as a VAT registered company we have to charge VAT at 20%, as does every other UK company - this is a legal requirement that unfortunately we have no control over.

Lockertek have delivered every time I have used them, even for items that are direct from manufacturer. Queries have been resolved quickly and professionally and communication has been good. I now use them for all locker related items.

Needing to replace some locks on inherited lockers, we placed the order with Lockertek. Received the order the following day but we had unfortunately ordered incorrect locks. Lockertek were happy for the locks to be returned and new locks dispatched. The correct locks arrived in no time. Great service and a great company to deal with - even if it was our mistake 😊
