Very helpful staff swift delivery great products

Wonderful service and wonderful products
During lockdown, like many people, we decided to do some home improvements. We went after the industrial look and thought lockers might be a nice change from the overflowing bookcase we had for years. Also we could be flexible and use the lockers for storing hoodies and hats, swimming gear, sports bags etc.
We trailed through many websites but we kept coming back to Lockertek each time. We were apprehensive at first as it was a big order for us ( 3 lockers) from a company we had never heard of before and we were based in Kerry, Ireland. We took the chance and we were supported every step of the way by the wonderful Nicola. Her service was second to none and though we were many miles away her quick and comprehensive responses made it feel as if we were doing business with someone down the road. We received the lockers yesterday and we are more than pleased with them. We would highly rate Lockertek!

Great experience with Lockertec - I bought some racking for my business and it was delivered promptly. Easy to assemble and install and the issue with the shelves was sorted out very promptly.

Excellent customer service!
We have used Lockertek for a number of years to supply lockers and changing room benches for our school projects.
Whilst helping to unload our recent delivery our site team damaged a couple of bench feet. I contacted Lockertek to ask if I could purchase replacements but was told they would supply them free of charge and they arrived within a couple of days. Excellent customer service.

Good Afternoon Cesar,
Thank you for your order and taking the time to leave a review. I am very saddened to hear that you are disappointed with the service, as this is what we pride ourselves on. Your order was placed on 24.09.2020 and your lock was dispatched the same day via Royal Mail 1st class post, which is usually 1-2 working day delivery. You called and spoke with my colleague Kerry on 29.09.2020 to chase your order and she explained when and how it had been posted and asked that if you still had not received it with in the next 2 days to let us know and we would arrange a replacement to go out straight away (although Royal Mail do advise that a delivery is only classed as "lost" after 10 working days, we would never make a customer wait this long before resending). We did not hear back from you until today (05.10.2020) and you spoke with Ashley and reported that you still had not received this, he said he would look into this and come back to you. He called you back within 5 minutes and left you a voicemail to apologise that this had still not been received, and advised that a replacement would be dispatched today for you, and I then also emailed you at 13:12 to reiterate this also as I was concerned that you may not receive his voicemail.
I am really not sure what more we could have done for you on this occasion, we use Royal Mail for a majority of our smaller orders as if we were to send these via courier than the carriage cost would be nearly double the cost of the lock you had ordered. Unfortunately, whilst we can be as efficient as possible and always dispatch stock orders same day when ordered by 12pm, whatever means of postage we use will never be 100% guaranteed, whether this is Royal Mail or courier. Whilst we have very few issues with either method, on occasion there are delays which are completely out of our control, however we will always do our best to resolve any problems as quickly as possible. As a family owned business, we genuinely care about our customers and are saddened that a delay that happened after the order left us has reflected negatively on your view of us and our service, and I can only but apologise for this.
