Their Velux blinds are about £30 less than the same product from Velux themselves. Ordering online was very easy and the blinds were delivered very quickly. Unfortunately due to a minor motorcycle accident, I haven't been able to take them out of the box and put them up yet but hopefully there will not be a problem.

I made a mistake with my order (my fault) on the trim colour of the blind and it was all fixed with one email . Product arrived on time and tracked .

From point of contact regarding insect blinds of which I couldn’t find on the website, my enquiry was dealt with immediately and they manage to get the blinds for me.
I would say they went well over 100% to ensure I got my blinds.

I have used loftblinds.co.uk before and am still pleased with their Velux blinds and the prices. They continue to be my go-to supplier. Only docked a star for the lead-time; it was ten days plus (from France?). I factored this in so no biggie.

I purchased a Velux thermal solar powered blind. Loftblinds were friendly and very knowledgeable and gave the advice I needed to work out that this was the right product for me.

The price was also good.

I'm very pleased with the blinds and loftblinds they will be my first choice next time.

we got exactly what we wanted and it came earlier than we expected

I was initially hesitant about using Loft Blinds - they were cheaper (£15) per blind than going direct to Velux even taking account of Velux discounts still available. Also a few reviews had been critical about delivery time s and adequate packaging. HOWEVER - after verifing direct with Velux that they are an approved supplier I ordered 2 Blackout energy blinds at which time delivery quoted as 7-9 working days (14 Dec). I received confirmation immediately and received various updates. My blinds were delivered in first class condition by Parcel Force on 14th December (as advised). I would add that I ordered another Blackout energy blind direct from Velux own site also on 4 Dec and that was actually delivered by Parcel Force with the other 2 blinds. I have given 4 stars because Velux own T&Cs for returns are slightly more liberal (i.e. return for any reason).

Only hiccup was confusion re installation - which you were unable to complete owing to ceiling height, fortunately velux instructions very clear and explicit so were able to fit ourselves.

I ordered 5 motorised velux blinds. I must say excellent service. I did phone with a question and spoke to someone who was really helpful. I got the blinds and installed myself quite easy. Love the blinds authentic velux straight from factory. Now have 5 blinds that with a touch of a button go up and down 😊 love them. Plus after spending time looking these were the best price.
