they contact you months after work done and then you are contacted by their "legal team" for trademark issues.

The company is a complete scam that continues to try to scare you into giving them more money even months after their work is done. I paid like $100 for a logo. Once it was all made up they told me had to pay them hundreds of more dollars to copyright it, which was never told about from the beginning and I really didn't care to have it copyrighted but they wouldn't let me use it unless I paid to copyright it. I decided to pay and gave it copyright. But then a couple months later they called me to tell me I needed to pay them more money because other people wanted to use my business name and I was going to get suid if I didn't pay for more copyright legal junk. I didn't pay them anything because no one is going to come after me. Then another couple months go by and they are now calling me again trying to scare me into giving them more money. Evil,corrupt people! Don't do any business with them!

Scam. Never received the product.

One of the best logo design companies I've had the pleasure of working with. Every conversation, either on the phone or via email, has been informative, professional, and helpful. Everything, from my initial conversation for developing a logo to the final delivery, was instructive. They are very upfront about their pricing on the phone (pricing is tailored to the client), and honestly, it's very reasonable. I paid a very reasonable amount, considering many agencies charge thousands of dollars.

Working with Michael made all the difference. He is extremely competent in every phase of the business and you are lucky to have him on your team.

Had a great experience designing my logo the whole team was amazing 10/10 will be using in the future and a huge shout out to Brody Johnson for going above and beyond to help and answer any and every questions I had such an amazing employee give this person a raise he made the experience 😀🙌👍❤️

Logo Sharks failed to deliver a simple black and white logo as promised. I paid $19 and was told I'd receive the file in two days - five days later, they still hadn't sent it. They demanded a conversation over the phone before releasing the files, then stopped responding altogether. Not only did I waste time and money, but their delay also caused my project timeline to slip. I resolved the issue myself by working with a local university student who completed the job in under an hour - exactly what I needed, done professionally and on time. I cannot recommend this service. Unreliable communication, missed deadlines, and ultimately, failure to deliver what was promised.

The product of the logo design was great. They worked well with me as this is a different world for me.

Scam company that if you have the misfortune of using will constantly harass you about trade marking add on’s and a bunch of other BS.
All of the 5star reviews are lies. 1 year later and I still get scam calls and texts.

Fast turn around, cool concept on design

This "Shark Company" is an "upsell" company. Logo SHARKS hooks you with a $19 initial sale with UNLIMITED REVISIONS and this is not true. Someone calls you and spends a few minutes listening to YOUR CONCEPT and then the next 45 minutes is spent listening to Logo Sharks trying to upsell you on spending more money. For what? If the initial logo is good then who needs to spend more? The concepts that were finally sent to me were all the same and it took days between receiving each one. And trying to get my $19 back? I had to enlist the help of the LA and San Francisco BBB to get that. The Logo Sharks was not at all helpful to me. But . . . if you wish to speak for an hour with a "SALES REP", then to another person who interprets your design plan, and then THIS PERSON gives it FINALLY to a designer . . . then just know IT IS A WASTE OF TIME. In the case of Logo Sharks, the term "Buyer Beware" is definitely appropriate. Don't do it.

This company is a complete scam. We paid them 1,900$ and they never wanted to send us a receipt, they never did what we paid for, and when we asked for the money back guarantee, they said it wasn't possible. A complete scam. Beware.
