Their phone number just hangs up on you immediately!
Very unhappy...I had to tell them about my company about 4 times and they STILL didn't seem to understand what we did. We are a traveling APPAREL decorating company and they sent a bunch of airplane logos. After they designed the logo and we agreed on one they informed me that after paying the $139 for the logo I ALSO needed to pay an ADDITIONAL $350 to have my logo copywrighted. I let them know I didn't need a copywright and he literally told me then he can't send me my logo. I scoured their website and no where does it mention this unexpected charge. I've reached out to their chat several times and the first time I was told someone would get back to me in 24 hours and then after that every time I give them my email address they basically just ghost me and stop responding. Will be demanding a refund through my bank if they won't refund me.

The real deal when it comes to developing your logo!
After going to several other companies who could not scale, this company clearly demonstrated what separates them from the rest. The team took the time to listen to us and came up with a variety of options in a timely manner that achieved the outcome that we wished for. Thank you Mark and Team for being an excellent strategic partner!

Totally frustrating process
Totally frustrating process. Between them trying to up sell you and not getting anything correct was a nightmare. I can’t imagine a worse experience. I’ll see if they actually will refund because I was completely unsatisfied

I hired logo-shars.com they didn't deliver
I hired logo-shars.com to make a logo. When the logo was ready, they didn't deliver it because they wanted to make a sale. They want to force me to register the logo with them and I have the right to do it with whoever I want. Don't hire this site.

Edward and his team have been more than…
Edward and his team have been more than accommodating by taking the time to hear me out and also provide feedback and insight to enhance my brand ideas! They helped to simplify the process in building my brand and really listened to all of my requests, the results were more than expected. Loved it!
I am more than pleased with this experience, and would be happy to recommend this company for anybody who wants to build a brand, and I actually already have begun to spread the word. :)
