I should have checked the other reviews before i purchased !
Hopefully i just spent 19$ for a basic logo package.
Right after emailing me the logos previews, my "personnal designer" called me to tell me that i needed to upgrade to a pro package for 199$ just to do some minor changes on the logo.
Well it's just X10 times the asking price ..
I told him that I would sleep on it.
Then he texted me right away "since I have to get the changes done asap I would have to get the package changed now, and I can apply a discount and bring it down to $149" which immeditately set the red flag !
I visited trustpilot website right after that and read lots of similar reviews. (I would say the 5 stars reviews are probably fake).
Anyway next day i used the chat on their website to explain the situation, the lady offered me an other discount and bring it down to 100$.
I refused, i said that i would stick to the logo they made without doing any changes.
And now they want to charge me 10$ extra to be able to use the logo on YT or 50$ extra to get the .PNG
Anyway for 19$ i never got anything else than a preview.

Logo sharks has done everything they said they would and have made me a beautiful logo for my business. Oscar was an amazing gentleman who was there to help every step of the way and extremely kind and understanding and patient. The design process went well and he kept in touch and helped me tweak out the logo to make it perfect for me. Scam artist they designed my logo only sent jpg file when they were supposed to send logo in every option format because that’s what I paid for then after nearly 1 year they send another file that can’t even be opened up.would recommend using another company

This company is crooked. They just hard-pressed sales at every round. Logo price, trade marking fee, hidden lawyer fees... Almost non-responsive to the task of actually doing what I needed them to do to make a logo. After months of emailing changes that either never happened each step, or happened incorrectly the files I recieved were very few compared to other companies. When I asked for a different format (because I paid for the "all-inclusive" package, they tried to charge me for another logo! Months later, when checking on my status for trademarking, they are now trying to charge an additional $2,700 to "complete the trade marking process"... These people are SHADY. Save your time, money, frustration and go somewhere that can actually design a logo. I had to design this one myself and spoon feed it to them.

Horrible unless you like getting sucked dry of your money, getting a 3 hour lecture from Edward on google and blogging and getting your website up and running!!!

They made my logo good. Details was good. I don’t have the words rn how amazing they are. Great team they have there. Thank you guys I really appreciate it.

I’m updating this post because Harry Wells did a great job on my logo. The turnaround is not whats advertise. However, Harry Wells once assigned to my project got it done in a couple of days. He was able to comprehend what I was going for and dialed it in after the second edit.

SCAMMERS! I used LOGO SHARKS (who now operate as Sturdy Logo) for a logo back in March 2024 and while I was happy with the overall product, several months later, I was contacted by "Jim Morrison" about copyright infringement who posses as a Designer, a Paralegal and legal department.

Here's the exact email I received and I've seen other people on this review board receive the exact same email. It's crazy what kind of scammers are out there. BUYER BEWARE!

This email is in reference to a query we received from USPTO in reference to your Business Name.

As we have got your Copyright Registered for the Logo/Artwork, there are queries in order to register the Business Name by other parties and if they approve it then you will be under Trademark Infringement and will have to change the business name and branding.

Kindly get back to us at your earliest convenience if you'd like us to assist you in order to get this issue resolved.

I wished I had read these reviews and I would have saved myself so many headaches. Do yourself a favor and pick another vendor.

Horrible experience!
This company is a SCAM! Paid for a package deal, they created the logo but wouldn’t add any of my requests in. They continued to ask for more $$ after the logo was created and would not stop. I emailed customer service for a refund and never heard back. I would never recommend this company to anyone. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!

I worked with this company and got burned really bad. I paid for the complete package at $230+and it was a nightmare from the start. The guy then asked me if I wanted the website package value at $1400 or something but he would give it to me for $1100. Well I had to email them several times and with no response. It took them 3 weeks to do a simple logo. When I spoke to them they were asking for more money. I asked for my money back. They didn't want to give it back. I at that point received a bs logo that I could've done.I asked to be reimbursed for the $200 down payment for the website and thry said someone will contact me from another department. Well it's been over 1.5 months and I have no call and no money returned. So I paid $400 for a bs logo that I had to have re-done. So if you are looking for a logo or website design try BARK or Fiver. They're awesome and sooooo cheap. I got my website for my gunstore done for $500 with $150 down. These people are in another country and they are not a serious legit company. Please hear me don't listen to them or the reviews on their site. Please run listen do not do business with this company please. You can get a great logo and website done and have full transparency with the creator. Again RUN LOG OFF THERE SITE OR YOU WILL BE NEXT AND I PROMISE YOU THAT!!

So here's the deal they say they will do you a logo, OK I got a logo, perfect HOWEVER ??
Here comes the scam, if you want the logo and you want it in different formats pdf, can etc etc, which is a standard service with 99 % of a logo service ?,
No not the sharks, they then ask you yo pay to copyright the logo (which bye the way you don't need) but if you don't take the copyright offer (hundreds of dollers bye tve way - scam)
Then they just give you a picture of a logo!!!!
Scam, scam, scam, you should be ashemed of yourselfs

They did my barbershop logo with great timing and they were super kind. They gave me 16 concepts and I was able to chose 1 that is my forever logo. Amazing customer sevice!

Very bad experience. Would not recommend. Simply ask them to design a logo and they persuaded me to apply for a trademark. Only after I spent $500 on that, only then did they tell me I also need to apply for a copyright which is an additional charge, and they cant refund the amount spent for the trademark. Would be nice if they would communicate better. Just go to a local Reputable company and avoid Logo-sharks! Their name represents them!

Terrible. Very sketchy business practice where they will create a logo and try to create some kind of issue for you to spend more money. They don’t listen at all and don’t care. They will also contact you claiming some kind of copyright issue and asking you to contact them. Please don’t waste your time, this is not a good company at all.
