Making a logo was a breeze! and it was fun to make as well - so many options to choose from. It really helped me when I needed some support in this logo making process.

I was playing around with making a logo (which was super easy on this site)
A few months later I had a charge on my credit card almost $50.
Nahvel was very helpful, explained why this happened, told me my subcription had been cancelled and my money refunded!! Very honest and helpful cusomer service!

Accidentally bought a membership for 5 months with 0 use and Nahuel understood it was a mistake and refunded me back.

The sure reason that you can create and then design a logo at the snap of your imagination is phenomenal I was able to create several logos with a more than fair price It's just what I needed.

The App is simple and helps make good logos ,the app advisors are quick to respond if there is a query and refund if necessary.

I signed up for a trial with these guys to create a simple one-off business logo. Somehow I forgot to cancel and was charged 35USD for a premium subscription. I emailed to explain my mistake and the team were awesome. They cancelled my subscription and promptly refunded the payment no questions asked. Fantastic customer service ! I won’t hesitate to use this company again based on their level of understanding alone. Thank you again !

This is insane. If you create a logo and have paid the first payment, if you cancel your subscription a warning pops up telling you you will lose ownership to ALL your logos. In other words if you use a logo for your business you have to pay logo.app a subscription for LIFE!!!!!! in order to use your logos!

On their website it says you will have 'full ownership' once your logo is created.

Also at one point their website says it's $8.99/month then it says its $35/month

Also it says you can contact LIVE support 24/7 - but when you click on the button nothing happens.

When I paid the initial $1.99 for a free trial I entered my email and credit card details and I never got any confirmation. Then when I cancelled I again reveived no confirmation of the cancellation.

I am concerned that this website has stolen my credit card details. Be careful

Kudos to Logo app! The app was user friendly, offered many creative and very affordable options. I needed assistance from customers service, they were prompt, courteous and resolved my issue without hesitation. Highly recommended.

This is a scam. You agree to 1.99 but then it signs you up to a subscription without your permission for 35.00 a month. Because they set it as a subscription the bank will not help. They don't email you with any confirmations so that there is no proof of what you agreed.

scammers, initial subscrption 1.99. Then 35 USD, they prey on not checking your bank statements. SCAM.

The product quality was excellent. I only needed a one-off solution and forgot to cancel the subscription before the 7-day trial period ended. As a result, I was charged for a full month subscription. I notified them and without hesitation, they kindly and promptly refunded me. Great service. I would highly recommend them.
