Almost 3 months later no product

Almost 3 months later. Ordered 3 jumpers. Not yet received. Refuse to refund money. Come up with every excuse. Disappointed and annoyed! How are businesses allowed to trade like this.

Very disappointing experience.

I originally ordered embroidered polo shirts in March 2026, but after months of delays and multiple changes from the supplier, I eventually received printed t-shirts instead. The difference in value between embroidered polos and printed t-shirts was never reflected in the price.

I specifically requested sizes XL and M, but received L and M. The artwork was also produced without my final approval, and the finished product did not match what I requested.

On 15 April 2026, I requested a full cancellation and refund due to the ongoing issues. On 26 April 2026, I was informed that my request had been escalated to management, but despite several follow-ups, no refund was processed. The order was later marked as delivered even after my cancellation request.

Poor communication throughout the process, a non-functioning contact phone number, long delays, incorrect sizing, unauthorized design approval, and failure to address refund requests made this a very frustrating experience.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

As bad as the previous reviewer's

My review is just a copy and paste of just about all the rest. Over two months to arrive despite asking for a refund they just recycled the same rubbish for each reply. I usually check review's before purchasing anything but this time I just went ahead. My bad. If you are thinking of getting this company to do anything for you just delete that thought. By far the worst company I have ever dealt with.

Do not use this company

This would have to be one of the worst companies in Australia. After 3 months they finally shipped my order and was lost. When tried to get my money back or get my shirts re-ordered, they went deaf very quickly. After several email requests, they never responded back once. Reported them to consumer affairs and they wouldnt even answer ther calls... Save your money and go somewhere else.

Do not use this business - failed delivery, ignored cancellations, false advertisinginess

I placed two orders for custom shirts needed for an overseas event on 14 April. UDFYN explicitly guaranteed delivery would not be an issue.

What followed was weeks of broken promises, unanswered calls, ignored emails, and a shipping tracker that showed my order as dispatched when production hadn't even started. When I asked UDFYN directly, they admitted they had no idea why the tracker was showing delivery.

I cancelled both orders in writing - repeatedly - from 2 April onwards, via email, phone, and live chat. My cancellations were ignored. NO PRINTING HAD STARTED AT THAT TIME.

UDFYN continued processing the orders and even demanded a $25 cancellation fee for "work already done" - despite the only work done being to change my already-approved art without my authorisation.
The first order was delivered on 7 May - 23 days after my event. I had already returned from overseas. The shirts are completely worthless to me. The 2nd order is still sitting there and they will not cancel or refund. I get a daily email to approve the art work. They want to get paid for work that is NOT needed.

Be aware: UDFYN claims to be Australian owned and to have 25 years of experience. Their own About Us page references a UK company called Bludog, based in Coventry, England — founded in 2013. UDFYN itself states it was established in 2016. Neither claim stacks up.

The pattern of complaints on this page is not coincidental. Read the other reviews - delays, no communication, ignored cancellations, and orders delivered too late to be of any use. This happened to me too.

Save yourself the stress and use someone else.

Thieves and scammers. Beware do not trust this joke of a company

The worst so called company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
They got my proof wrong then after multiple messages and attempted phone calls it took days to amend it
They changed the sizing I wanted to 1 size for the complete order. Again days of messaging.
After stuffing me around for weeks on end they took my money and claim I never paid them.
I provided bank remittance to them and they still claim that's not good enough.
The provided phone number doesn't work
The customer service is deplorable.
This company is a scam, they take your money and then never supply the product
Beware and don't waste your time and money with this joke of a company

Terrible company

These guys are crooks, do not order form this company. Unfullfilled order, no refund and no commuication. Avoid at all cost as they will rip you off.

Order was over $300 and been chasing…

Order was over $300 and been chasing for weeks. Emails unanswered, phones unanswered and in chats with them they keep saying it's with the design team. The worst customer service i have ever dealt with. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

BEWARE

BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER, THEY NOW WONT REPLY, TOOK $300. Ordered once was great, now cant get in touch, phones not answering its been 4 months. Even the website is gone, wanting you to verify human, but extra steps asking you to run a program on your comnputer, paste some codes in your computer to load the page - VERY SUSS! didn't go ahead as looks like they even trying to access your computer this way!!!!!!!!!!

Do not use, my thoughts this is a scam! Their customer service is appalling, I have been chasing up for over a week now everyday to get my money back and they just pass me from non existent phone mail to unresponsive chat messenger. Completely avoid

Please do not order

Please do not order! Scam website. They keep telling me their is phone is experiencing technical issues. They do not respond to emails /messages. Paid $300 for work shirts, no product delivered. Please report to OFT if you have been scammed also.

DO NOT USE - Ordered Jumpers, never turned up.

Ordered back in January 2026, now it's the 2nd week in March and I have radio silence from them, and I have very little faith that i'll be receiving my order from them.
- WARNING: This is the same company as Logoed & Lightning Promotions. DO NOT USE.
They do not respond to emails, the phone number does not connect.
I have taken my business elsewhere now.

Today is 26/02/26 and have still not recieved any update. Company keeps avoiding, saying it was going to be dispatched 2 weeks ago.

Do not use these people.

I ordered two shirts from this company three weeks ago. I have not received anything. I have checked tracking number and it hasn’t even left their warehouse yet. I’ve tried messaging and calling and nothing gets through terrible service.
