Poor quality proofs with no resemblance to my pet. Company refused a full refund insisting they deduct £10 for the artwork which a child could have done. I would avoid these frauds at all costs.

All the products we have received from Lola Loves are amazing! Such high quality and amazing designs. We love supporting this small business and will continue to do so. They cater for the smallest of dogs with their harnesses. We have a 2.7kg chihuahua and have found it difficult to find harnesses that fit, and these fit perfectly. Would recommend to anyone 🥰

The best harnesses for dogs
Lola loves is our go to for dog harnesses, they have the most beautiful harness designs for dogs as well as lots of other lovely products such as toys and human apparel. The customer service is always brilliant as well!

Unfortunately, in regards to the duty fee that you had to pay when the products arrived in your country, this is completely out of our control. The amount of duty tax that is owed is based off the amount paid on your invoice and as stated in our terms and conditions, customs clearance and taxes are the customers responsibilty and we can not be held accountable for these as they are not included within our postage fees, hope this clears up any misunderstanding.
