I ordered the sleepsake pillow to help me with awkward night feeding. Although it didn't end up working out for me, the customer service were very understanding and efficient and processed a refund for me very swiftly. The purchasing process was also very smooth with regular updates on dispatching. The pillow itself is great, very comfortable, ergonomic and uniquely designed. Definitely worth the price point. As with any pillow, the level of comfort is so dependent on each individual though, so the 100 day guarantee is a very thoughtful gesture for a small business to include. In my case, the fact that your head has to be centred in the pillow made it difficult for me as I move a lot at night based on my childrens' sleeping position and it is difficult to stay centred on the pillow.

Great pillow for neck and shoulder support.unfortunately it did impact my sleep apnea the customer service is truly awesome they understood my problem and were quick in responding and offering a full refund. I can not fault them great product if you have shoulder and neck discomfort

The pillow is good quality. Fast delivery. Sadly the shape wasn’t quite right for me - excellent when on my back to relieve neck pain, but not quite right for my needs. Would absolutely recommend them though as Sleepsake offered amazing customer service in the return process - Very responsive and engaged.

I was interested in trying the pillow to address my shoulder pain. I didn't want to try a knock-off as those tend to be poor quality. Unfortunately, the pillow didn't help me but I was incredibly impressed with the excellent customer service, who processed a quick and easy return. Thank you, this is a great company and I hope another product might work out for me in the future.

I didn’t write this review right away because I was worried that my improved sleep had simply coincided with the arrival of my Sleepsake pillow. But after 2 weeks of great sleeps ( almost all night, every night) I have to admit this pillow is tremendous. I bought it because of a shoulder issue and I am a stomach and side sleeper. I used to flip over and over all night trying to find a comfortable position. No longer. And that is the major difference I am finding with my Sleepsake pillow. It cradles my head in a wonderful way and doesn’t bother my shoulder. I am able to go to sleep and stay asleep in one position for MUCH longer periods of time. I will definitely be purchasing another pillow for the future.

I bought the butterfly pillow from Sleepsake .. unfortunately it wasn’t suitable so I sent an email to their support team and the response was nothing short of amazing! They just asked what the problem was , I told them and they appreciated the feedback and I was issued a full refund and was told to keep the pillow and pass it onto someone else who I think may benefit from it! It was literally that easy ! Some companies are a pain to deal with but this little Aussie business was quick and pain free ! Thanks again Sleepsake & I have already passed the pillow on to my sister!

Although the pillow unfortunately wasn’t quite the right fit for my personal needs, I was genuinely impressed with the quality of the product. It is very well made, thoughtfully designed and you can tell a lot of care and research has gone into creating it.

What really stood out to me, though, was the incredible customer service. The team was so helpful, understanding and genuinely went above and beyond to make the process easy and stress-free.

It’s refreshing to come across a company that truly stands behind its products and puts its customers first. Even though the pillow wasn’t suitable for me personally, my experience with the company was nothing but positive.

The butterfly pillows worked well for both my partner and me for a few weeks but unfortunately, they weren’t the right fit for us long term. That said, the customer service team at SleepSake was fantastic. They genuinely wanted to know about our experience and how they could improve their product. They were very accommodating, helpful, and so easy to deal with.

Overall, it was well worth trying the butterfly pillows. We all have different needs when it comes to pillows and sleep, so the butterfly pillows might just be the perfect fit for you!

The pillow didn’t suit me, however, I emailed about returning and within one day they had organised returning me the money and I could keep the pillow. Obviously the pillow won’t suit everyone so it I such a relief to be able get this sorted out so simply. Not 5 stars as slow to arrive.

Unfortunately due to my small frame was not suitsble, they promptly refunded my money, were excellent to deal with, reply to emails promptly. Rare find these days, I so hope they make the same pillow for smaller frames soon as i could see how comfortable it could be if it was the right fit. Thank you Sleepsake for your wonderful service. Highly reccommend.

Absolutely the best customer service I have experience in a long time, from the moment I placed my order and they didn’t have the colour pillow cases I ordered I was offered an alternative choice or refund. They also responded in quick time with no long waits. Pillow is funny looking but it’s super cool and stays that way all night allowing those who sleep hot like myself to not wake up in hot sweats around your neck. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I ordered the pillow because I am having issues with my shoulder and neck and I thought it would help me. The pillow is good quality but unfortunately it didn’t help me as I prefer a firmer pillow.
I asked for a refund on their 100 day guarantee and to my surprise it was a very easy and straightforward process. After 1 email I got the refund. Very few times I had such a good customer service and an actual guarantee that works easily for the customer. Will definitely recommend giving it a go.

This pillow has changed my life. I have had chronic neck and head pain for almost two years, waking daily with crippling headaches. I have slept on this pillow for 11 days now and if I get up as soon as I wake I am headache free. It is bliss! I am so happy 😀 My neck remains in a stable condition all night. There are two sides to choose from. I put my normal pillowcase on it. I no longer spend my days in a fog from heavy duty meditations. I have gained enough confidence to see an exercise physiologist and have started to do neck strengthening exercises, something that previously scared me. Do yourself a favour, you have nothing to lose!

Even though the pillow wasn’t for me, I have to give 5 stars for their customer service. I contacted them to organise a return and was refunded AND got to keep the pillow to pass on to someone else. Great company :)

Sleepsake is an amazing company to deal with. They go beyond in their service. I had a lot of trouble with sensitivities and they were very understanding. But I continued to persist with the pillow and I am SO HAPPY now - that this is the only pillow I will ever use. I have cervical stenosis and causes a lot of problems but this pillow helps tremendously.
I highly recommend both the pillow and the company.

I was referred to this company having been told they have great products. What I also found, was exceptional, customer service.
