Don’t Even Think of Going Anywhere Else

We have been delighted with the service provided by London Appliances. We were very let down by a big name high street supplier and discovered London Appliances as a result. Their telephone based customer service was superb and offered great advice as to what units to order based upon existing units that needed replacing. Unlike many organizations they did not merely suggest the most expensive replacement, but the ones that were most appropriate.
Having used them once to replace one unit we subsequently tasked London Appliances to replace and install a series of appliances, all of which were done with great attention to detail and in a polite and courteous manner.
We had the great pleasure of being attended to on all occasions by Shahab and Shaz and we will defiantly be drawing upon their dedicated services again in the future.
Not only highly recommended, I simply wouldn’t consider going anywhere else from now on.

Avoid London Appliance at all costs

My experience with this company has been beyond unacceptable. I reported a broken oven and was told by customer service that a replacement part had been ordered, and that it would arrive within 3–5 working days. They said that once the part arrived, they would arrange an appointment.

After two weeks, I called them and was told the part would arrive the following week. After another two weeks, I called again and they finally booked me in for a Tuesday. I took time off work to wait for the engineer. By Tuesday evening, nobody had shown up. The engineer then told me he could not come and said he would arrange something the next morning.

The next day, nobody called. I had to chase them again, and they told me they would get back to me the following day. Later, I received another call saying the appointment would be on Tuesday. Once again, I took time off work to wait. Then, when I called in the late afternoon because nobody had come, I was told they had “made a mistake” and that they actually meant Wednesday.

So I lost another day waiting on Wednesday, and again nobody came. I called them three times and they did not answer. I then had to call customer service, who told me I would receive another call the next day to arrange a booking. The next day they called and said they would call me again the following week to book it in. That was followed by another three weeks of silence.

At this point, this no longer looks like incompetence. It looks like customers are being strung along with excuses, false promises, and repeated no-shows. I wasted multiple days off work, spent weeks chasing updates, and was repeatedly given misleading information by both customer service and the engineer.

Based on my experience, I would strongly warn others to stay away from London Appliance. If a company keeps promising parts, appointments, callbacks, and repairs that never happen, while the customer keeps losing time and money, people are entitled to question whether this is a genuine repair service at all.

Terrible communication, repeated missed appointments, no accountability, and complete disrespect for the customer’s time. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

I've bought lots of high-end appliances…

I've bought lots of high-end appliances over the years at many different retailers.
There is no question that London appliances are the best people that I have ever dealt with.
The person to ask for is Jordan - He is outstandingly knowledgeable, friendly, patient and professional.
I will definitely be using this company again.

Fantastic Service

Ordered an integrated Fridge/Freezer in the afternoon. They installed it the next morning even though we're in Hertfordshire, outside the 'London Area'. Fantastic response! They spent quite a while making sure the doors were aligned properly a great attention to detail. Would highly recommend and will quite likely use them again if anymore kitchen appliances break.

Washing machine broken down, needed replacing

Appliance in stock on Sunday, delivered and installed on Monday. Old appliance taken away. Whether on phone or delivering and installing, staff was extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. I highly recommend this company.

Incredible, so happy!!!!!!!

Order #25015. Can only verify the endless amazing reviews on London Appliances. Today, they fitted a Bosch dishwasher replacing the old one, which was integrated. That is something the majors do not deal with, but this team DOES! They did not rush, and were methodical, respectful and clearly knew their stuff. They left it perfect! This is what customer service is ALL about, and the new dishwasher was cheaper than AO. Forget AO - these guys are the best there is!!!!!!

Superb service

Shiraz and Shav delivered and installed the washing machine after hours on a Saturday evening. Incredibly fast and efficient - the entire process took less than 30 minutes. Fully recommend.

Really professional service

Really professional service. Ordering was easy, the customer service team gave clear instructions about delivery dates and time slots. I initially ordered the wrong item which was only realised upon delivery. The team handled it amazingly, took the wrong item back, rearranged a new delivery of the correct item with no extra charge. The installation team, Rasel and Ibrahim, were punctual, polite and worked around some minor installation issues without any fuss. Really impressed with the whole process and team and would definitely use again.

I purchased two kitchen appliances and…

I purchased two kitchen appliances and installation from London Appliances. Unfortunately, there was an issue with my kitchen space/the installation that only became apparent during execution of the work. While we did have a difference in opinion in regards to the matter at hand, London Appliances customer service representative Sajid was very fast, very patient, understanding, and helped look into the issue and we came to a solution.

I really appreciate the customer service I have received and also the team on site doing the best they could. I'm only giving 4 stars as I didn't fully achieve the result I was looking for and invested more time and energy into the matter than I would have liked to.

I ordered a washing machine and…

I ordered a washing machine and specifically asked the installers twice to cover my expensive wooden floor before bringing the appliance in. They assured me they would do so. However, they completely ignored my request and proceeded without any protection, badly scratching my wooden floor.

After the damage occurred, the installers said they would inform their management. When we later phoned to complain and followed up in writing, we were told that the installers denied any knowledge of causing the damage.

This has been extremely disappointing. Not only was my property damaged due to negligence, but the company has failed to take responsibility for it.

I would strongly advise others to think carefully before ordering from this company.

I can thoroughly recommend London Appliances

London appliances have been very helpful. We purchased a dishwasher but upon using it, it really wasn’t the right fit for us, London Appliances were very helpful and allowed us to upgrade to a better model. We obviously paid the price difference, they also removed the original one and fitted the new one at no extra cost.

This team is the absolute best!!!

I honestly don’t think I have ever received such brilliant service from start to finish with any organisation.

From speaking with Aadil and his colleague to installation and delivery from Tony and his colleague the service was outstanding. To the point I’m going to buy another appliance from them very soon! I highly recommend this company.

My washing broke on Tuesday evening, I had a new one delivered at fitted by Thursday 8.15am.

I can’t wax lyrical enough.

Cannot fault their service

Cannot fault their service. They pick up the phone after only a few rings, delivered when they said they would and at the time they said, installed and tested the washing machine and took the old one away with no fuss or bother. I will certainly buy from them again.

Failed to deliver purchased items on…

Failed to deliver purchased items on numerous agreed occasions. Starting a section 75 to obtain a refund, as communication has been poor.

I haven’t received any request for additional info from TrustPilot, ticket raised with support. I have emailed the info to your company, subject: Section 75.

Excellent customer service

Ordered multiple appliances on a multibuy price. The customer service I have received from this company has been excellent - I would go as far as to say above and beyond. I would highly recommend and would use again if I had the need.

Haven't collected old appliance

They weren't able to disconnect the old cooker and told us they were going to come to collect it as soon as the engineers has connected the new one. They didn't. I've called them 2 times already, they even confirmed collection for Saturday. They didn't come so the old cooker is in the middle of the living room.

Normally, old appliances are disconnected and removed at the point of delivery. However, on this occasion our team were unable to disconnect your old cooker as the gas connection was deemed unsafe, and for safety reasons they could not proceed at that time.

Regarding the delayed collection, although a provisional date of Saturday 24th was discussed, this unfortunately could not be scheduled as your property management company needed to authorise the additional charges before we were permitted to attend. I appreciate that this was not clearly communicated and apologise for the frustration this caused.

I can confirm that authorisation has now been fully cleared and the collection is scheduled for Tuesday 27th, at which point the old cooker will be removed.
