Great speedy service, extremely happy with the Rug quality. Highly recommend

I have purchased 2 rugs. Both lovely quality. The issue is with returns. You have to organise your own return. We tried to contact the company. There is no phone number. We emailed and got no reply. I messaged on Instagram and got a reply. They arranged collection of the rug for £20. Rug was not collected on the arranged day. It’s all a bit of a hassle. Please sort out a good returns process.

What a difference my London Rug Company rug has made to my living room. I was a little nervous as hadn’t ordered before but it’s just like the website and delivered in 3 days to my door.

The London Rug Company and I love both of them. They’re really good quality and lovely designs and they look just as they do online. On both occasions of placing an order they arrived really quickly too.

Parcel arrived damaged customer care was in touch straight away saying there sending a replacement but unfortunately they had difficulty with the supplier so I got a full refund shame because it was supposed to be a wedding present

Awful customer service, ignoring my messages on Instagram, bought something on 26th June and still have not received it on 13th July despite them saying it takes 5-7 days. Poor customer service avoid at all costs. I even emailed regarding this order but no response to my emails or messages.

I was so unsure what rug to have so I actually messaged Dawn Ward. Told her my colour scheme and she replied with a rug to look at!
She was spot on and so so helpful. Rug arrived so quick and is absolutely stunning. I love it. Thankyou so much Dawn for your advice and help. Would recommend to anybody and prices are reasonable.

Quick delivery and a beautiful rug. Exactly what we was looking for.

I ordered my Phoebe rug forgetting to use my discount code and emailed the company to ask if they could refund the discount. Ellie replied and said a discount would be sent once I received the rug and confirmed I was happy with it. Unfortunately the beautiful rug arrived damaged but as soon as I contacted Ellie she promptly arranged for a replacement rug. Within two days the rugs were swapped over and I am over the moon with the quality and appearance of my rug!! I let Ellie know that I was happy with my purchase and she has now arranged for the discount to be refunded to my account. I would definitely buy from The London Rug company again !!

I love the design and quality of this product. Worth the money.

I ordered the biggest Helen rug available costing £359. When it arrived it was absolutely stunning & felt like velvet to walk on I was so pleased. Unfortunately nearly 2 months later it just doesn’t look them same, it’s dull & gone very flat & worn looking, apart from one corner where it’s never walked on. I understand over a period of time that it will not continue to look as fresh as when it first turned up but less than 2 months after spending £359 is pretty disappointing.

Lovely rug and amazing customers service. The rug hoovers good as well. Will buy again from here. Thank you so much!

Purchased a diffuser which arrived exactly when I was advised it would
No hassle, product arrived in perfect condition and I am more than delighted with it. Looks better in real life than on pictures. I am already looking at more accessories and have already recommended this company to my friends
