We do sympathise with your concerns that you have received some chipped slabs and we do apologise for those, this is an unfortunate occurrence from time to time with any materials as something may have come into contact with that side of the pallet.
The damages you have had were brought to our attention by you and a replacement order was actioned in a speedy manner.

Sandstone bullnoses Poor quality product
Poor quality product - do not buy your sandstone bullnoses from this company as you cannot see the product before it’s sent out and it’s expensive to return a substandard piece - in our case not a matter of strations but deep marks in the stone. This was fitted at great expense by our builders and will have to be replaced. There’s obviously no connection between the professional front men in the show room and the warehouse trying to get rid of shoddy materials and trying their luck with hapless customers.

Nick Rixton of London Stone is an asset to them and a pleasure to deal with. He goes above and beyond. Good Customer service for me is a priority even over price. Though saying that they are still competitively priced. They look after their traders. Excellent company
