Horrible packaging
Horrible packaging. Even though I ordered S$175 worth of items, it came via untracked package.
The box came dented and NONE of the items in the package had protective packaging on them.
I bought Aesop body scrubs and hand creams as gift to be gifted for Christmas and the packaging for allllll came dented and out of shape.
Order No. 533328445 purchased on 13/11/2023 arrived 27/11/23.
I have another order 533036594 which is now marked as ON HOLD. Damaged.
No surprise why with the kind of quality packaging you guys sent out.

Bad website and app experience
Some items were obviously available when I place them in cart but they were made unavailable after that. It could be that they were out of stocks but the items remain in my cart until I manually remove them. Does not depict the true value in my cart so I constantly need to browse through the items to 'clock' the minimum spending. Would be great if a 'out of stock' notification is in place to avoid confusion. Filter doesnt work even though the brand is available. Got to look through pages and pages since filtering doesnt work. Voucher codes are also messy and keep saying I did not make the minimum purchase to apply even though I thought I had exceeded. Wanted to give up shopping here if not for the cheaper prices. Needs lots of improvement on customer experience.

Always a joy to shop on Lookfantastic for really good discounts. However, do consider removing phased-off brands from your list as I've encountered quite a few empty brand pages.
