my mother had ordered some stuff from me and herself on Nov 11. till to this day it has not arrived. been over a month. My mother has alos said that the customer service people stopped responding to her whenever she asks about where the package is.horrible company!

Poor delivery and customer service
I had placed an order on 24th Nov 2023. It's says I will receive my parcel between 1-4Dec 2023. Emailed to the customer care team and the reply I got was is being dispatched showed from the system. Of course I know as I have been checking daily because until to this day (9th Dec) not only I have not receive my parcel, the service team isn't helping me to check my parcel whereabout. I am not pleased at all. Very unpleasant experience.

1. When friends share links, upon clicking it doesn't redirect to the product page itself.
2. Would appreciate if there's more product range or brand range (e.g. korean skincare brands/makeup)

i placed my order on 25 Nov Saturday…
i placed my order on 25 Nov Saturday night. on 26 Nov morning, i contacted customer service to ask to cancel my order and do a reorder. but my request was rejected because i was told that my order was already processed and expected delivery on 27 Nov. i was surprised that my order was processed so fast within 24 hours during the weekend and was told that due to black friday, staff was working to get my order out. but now my order was delayed. so i think my order wasn’t processed yet on Sunday morning. i’m really disappointed.
