Horrible! Misleading and cheating!
Horrible. They are cheating. I have contacted the customer service to check the options of fast delivery they have informed me that for the orders above $260 there is free fast DHL shipping (same as therms and conditions on their web page) but while placing the order you can not select fast shipping at all!!! I contacted them after placing the order with the information I need this fast shipping they’re promised and they told me they can not do that at all and can not change to the fast shipping which they advertise. This is cheating and misleading!!! I needed to cancel my order. I hope they will return the money. I will never buy from them again. I strongly discourage you from shopping at that store!

My order 590848175 place on 6/7/2024, till today 29/7/2024 still not receive!
On mobile app show dispatched , it supposes to deliver 19/7/2024 -26/7/2024 according to the app! Try to contact the customer service but they seem like not very helpful with the issue ! Ask them to proof of delivery or check and investigate. But they keep telling me to wait !

Issue with filling out my information
When I filled out my information, I could not change the country of origin. I believe it said the country of origin was Singapore. It only gave 4 choices. I live in the United States. There was no choice for United States. Also, I didn’t see a place to write what state I live in. I live in Pennsylvania. Im wondering if there was trouble with the website or did I do something incorrectly?
