beware...you CANNOT reasonably return anything
the company gives the impression you are ordering from a local website, has deliberately obscure information about the returns process, and when it comes to returns, expects the customer to pay for overseas courier service as the products are not suitable for return via postal mail. customer service is shocking.

Hard to get through to customer…
Hard to get through to customer service. Have to keep emailing them. The app itself has issues putting in voucher codes etc too. Quite frustrating.

Good variety of brands but app interface needs some improvement
Love that lookfantastic carries many product brands, including brands that are lesser known or not available in the retail stores at where I live. The app interface could be improved thou. i was having issues adding items into the basket and also when I clicked to check out, the page doesn’t load. I have to exit the app and try a few times to load the payment page.

0 stars. They use parxl for cross border shipping and they lost my parcel the first time. There were no updates provided. I had to send in an inquiry after the parcel was already delayed for a week and only then I was told my high value purchase was not coming. Asked them to resend and it's been 2 weeks since the replacement item has supposedly been sent but until now it's still showing as "booking received" on the tracking page. It's been a total of 5+ weeks and counting since my original order which was supposed to arrive in "5-7 working days." Ridiculously inept company. They were supposed to send express as well for purchases above $300 but they didn't even after I requested for the replacement to be sent via express. I had the same exact experience a few years ago which is why I have avoided them like the plague since but I thought I'd give them another chance as it's been a while. Big mistake. Still inept and customer service is a joke. AVOID!

Prompt customer service
The customer support team is fantastic! An item in my order was damaged upon delivery and a gift with purchase was missing. I surfaced these to the customer support team. Not only was their response swift, there was no questions asked and I was offered a replacement for both items. This gives me the confidence in continuing to support LookFantastic. Well done!

Items are not organised properly according to alphabet for function. Very difficult for customers to choose items to put in basket.

First and last purchase from LF
It’s my first and last purchase on Look Fantastic. I’ve gotten an item that apparently was not supposed to be for sale as it’s a sample item. I’ve chat with them for so many weeks in attempt to ship my parcel but they’re not cooperating at all. It was their fault to begin with to be selling items that are not supposed to be for sale. I don’t know why they can’t seem to process it as fast. Do not trust this site at all unless you want a traumatic experience.

DO NOT BUY!!
This website is a scam, they do not despatch the items you purchased and they get non-humans to manage their customer service. At first When asked if the item is OOS hence no progress in the delivery they reassured me that they have stocks.
Then I asked on why wasn’t the express delivery offered to me since my order was above $400 , they said the order is out of stock.
I questioned them on which item is out of stock they then replied to tell me they are unable to amend the order.
This is the worst experience ever. Scam business! Online chat that doesn’t work!!
