Wonky filters & misleading promo codes.
I was hoping to use the 20APP purchase discount however most items I wanted weren’t included in the discount. It made me disheartened that I downloaded the app for no reason. Plus the 28% discount LFAPP28 first order notification was miss leading as I had the same issue that the items I wanted were not part of the discount.
The price filter changes on its own depending on the additional filters add. When I remove a filter not the price one, I always have to go back and change both the max & min amount.
The filters aren’t always the same. Can’t seem to filter what I want well.

Subpar experience
I like the variety of products sold, the price competitiveness, how easy it is to checkout. however it seems like their quality team doesn’t really check for the quality of the products, and the customer service is rather dreadful.
I ordered a bunch of items, one of them came with a short expiry date (ordered the item on 8 Feb, came on 14 Feb, expiry date of the product was Apr 2024), and another one was broken. I reached out to their customer service team regarding the broken product and they swiftly sent over a replacement, which was great.
However, regarding the product with the short expiry date - I went back and forth with their customer service for over 2 months.
The first time they said they would check with their quality team, and never got back to me until I had to repeatedly send them chasers. They decided to send me a replacement product, but the replacement product had the same expiry date (Apr 2024). By then, it was already March, so what was I supposed to do with the same product expiring in less than a month? Now I was stuck with 2 of the same products, and both were expiring in less than a month. I did not even open any of the products in case they made me send the product back.
So I submitted a ticket again - and the same placeholder responses were given, saying that they would check with their quality team.
It’s been over 2 months and guess what the resolution was - they refunded me for a product, but it was for a different product! By this point I was tired of all the back and forth, and decided to close the ticket. The latest reply of the customer service officer made me laugh. She asked that I write a good review and to mention her name.
I’m not mentioning any names, and I’m not writing a good review, but rather, I’m just describing my experience. I really like the products offered by LF but I just wished they would do more quality checks and improve on their customer service.

Good selection of products and happy with special promotions. Reviews are helpful to select new products, the more the better. Maybe a reward system for reviewing will help.

Misleading claim about delivery fees
I am not given the option to select the delivery type. It says free delivery for orders above SGD88, when my order is below 88 am I only given the option to select either the standard or tracked delivery. The minute my order goes above 88 I am only given the option to select tracked delivery. Thus either way, I am made to pay for delivery.
Why is this so? I had this problem December last year but assumed it was a glitch cause of heavy sales during Christmas period.
However, it is currently March, I no longer think that 'heavy sales' is a valid excuse.
It feels like you're trying to syphon as much money off of me as possible. If you want me to pay for the delivery then don't put up a misleading sign on your webpage to say 'free delivery for orders above SGD88'. Your company is coming of as sneaky and untrustworthy.
Furthermore, I actually want to order more things but refrain from doing so since once my order is above 88, I am expected to pay the hefty $22.50 for tracked delivery and I do NOT want to.
