Had a problem with one of the products it was broken during transit. Upon contacting the company the product was replaced immediately and with no extra postage charge. There representative was very helpful.

I'm a tad late putting up this review
I'm a tad late putting up this review. I recently purchased a rather large bulky item that I opted for store collection. Once I have opened and inspected, I'll review that separately. I was made aware through emails after receiving my email stating order is ready for collection that it was 2 boxes. I drove to limerick and parked best I could near to the shop. I arrived and in fairness to the staff they helped me to my car with the order. Other shops would have said make two trips but loveangels went that extra mile so it was one trip. I'm sorry I didn't get his name as I would like to have said a proper thanks.

Well, here's what I have to say about loveangels. Their products are amazing, their efficacy on delivery time is amazing and their prices are great. Now, their price match promise is something I find people are complaining about and as someone who has ordered the same product from loveangels and temu and Ali express, I can say with absolute honesty that loveangels products are far superior to the knock off products I found on these cheap websites and quite frankly it is insulting to suggest loveangels should match their prices to that of cheaply made Asian products that are not even half as good or quality built. What's even worse is to suggest loveangels are getting their products from these manufacturers of the cheaply made products. It's a family run business and I for one don't believe they are ripping people off with these knock off items. Thank you loveangels for your fast delivery time and great products. Will be using you again very soon for some more products and will email you for some suggestions to help me choose the right things I'm looking for next time and I was hoping to buy more on my last delivery but I wanted to test your products first. I will be a regular customer for sure. Pity I'm not in limerick to visit your shop and talk to you about your products but I'm sure you will help me as best you can by email.

wow, Jason i am lost for words everything you have said is exactly as we would like to say to the person that left that only one bad review making such a rediculas claim, forgetting she would have had to pay delivery and customs duty and wait weeks from china, we are truly grateful and all our reviews speak for themselves, but nice hear someone defend this rediculas claim, Thank you so much as a family run business we are very careful as to selecting products and as keeping as low as we sell volume best. we are now 28 years in Business and largest in Ireland and promice we will not be beaten in Ireland.

We take customer deliveries very seriously but can only act on any delays if the customer gets in touch with us about it. also although we pay for next day delivery we can never guarantee same and do not claim to, so judging us on the courier company seems bit unfair.

Cheap non branded toys
They sell toys that are the equivalent of a toy you can buy from AliExpress for half the price. I would not buy from them again, customer service wasn’t the nicest in my opinion. (All my opinion, as they flagged a previous review of mine)

people like this make us angry , she purchases , finds a copy of similar on AliExpress then demands we match, we price match in Ireland only as stated on price promise terms and conditions, she forgets she then has to pay delivery possibly further 20$ then,a vat of 23% & duty 7.5% on arrival, then wait several weeks as sent by mail, then if an issue costs fortune to return, blackmails us to refund difference to remove her vile review,
Other reviews speak for truth of our family run business of 28 years, we had to report her as she accused us of purchasing from AliExpress
