Hi Omurche , I'm glad to hear so happy with our products , I'm sorry due to Christmas sales all over the world all deliveries are lot slower although we pay for next delivery apart from weekends we are as fast as anyone. so you need to understand this is out of our control due to courier company's busy period and 3 star review was very unfair as we pride ourselves of being a very outstanding family run business for over 28 years,
