As a service, Lovedoll.UK was better than I expected - not to say I was expecting trash or anything. My Valentina was in "processing" for about a month or so, and I got worried. I sent an email asking about it and one day later the status changed to "complete". I asked could I get a tracking number - wasn't sure if "complete" meant delivered to these guys - and within two days a guy sent me the number. Like I said, I wasn't expecting trash but I wasn't expecting such fast response after a month of nothing. If I purchase something else, these guys earned my trust.

Fantastic product. Highly recommended. Great feedback from the team and although it says that the delivery is anywhere between 3 and 5 weeks mine took 19 days.

Once your item is shipped you get regular email updates and tracking information so it's easy to see where your item is and when delivery will occur, this is particularly useful when you have ordered a doll. There are also links to Graham's podcasts and instructional videos making the site a useful resource, particularly if you are new to the world of dolls. Simply put Love Doll UK are hard to beat on service, price and delivery, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone looking to buy their first doll or their next one once they have the bug like me!
