If I could give him zero stars I would.

If I could give him zero stars I would. Lovely and very polite man but lies continuously. He couldn’t restore a photo of my aunty that passed away in November so I asked for a refund in December and the continuous lies about receiving the refund have finally a annoyed me to the point of writing this review. It’s now nearly March and I haven’t received the refund. Claims to be about mental health awareness, well this isn’t good for mine.

My mine intention with the business is to bring happiness back to others and fight back on mental health, as many know. I never ever expected that I would have so much to deal with as just one person, it’s been truly overwhelming for me, I am also highly dyslexic and have never run my own business before and this is how this has happened and is not what I expected.

I know that this is no excuse for the service you have received here and I just wanted to give you some understanding of the high pressures and difficulties that I have been facing. This year I’ve worked 7 days a week and spent hours and hours of effort into this company wanting to fight back on mental health after the loss of my mother to suicide.

I would like to make amends with you and I ask of you to please help me bring all this right, by giving us another chance. I’ll give you a full refund and also offer you one free photo at any point in time, at no cost to you.

This company is terrible

This company is terrible. Just wants to make his name by restoring photos for celebrities & ripping off ordinary people! He’ll take your money & not deliver………….Avoid at all cost!

Beautiful restoration

Ben did an amazing job restoring an old picture of my grandfather taken during WWII. He sadly died in 2021 aged 98 and with so few photos of him in his youth, it made my family so happy to have this lovely image to remember him by. Would happily recommend.

Awful company, AVOID.

Awful company, Did a photo for my aunt, completely wrong face put on my uncles picture, it isn't even him, she emailed him for her money back & got ignored.
He then tried to say to me that his company didn't even do the photo, I have all email proof that it was his company & I have all his correspondence to me claiming he didn't do it, he is a liar & in between a few good pictures which he only seems to do of 'Celebrities' he has conned a few people as they've messaged me privately via Facebook.
After exposing him he has now blocked me from commenting on his page & turned off visitor post section, clearly got something to hide.
I've contacted Trading Standards & I recommend others who he has conned speak to them too.
Trust pilot will also be sent the proof should this review magically get reported as false.

Amazing

I’d messaged Ben because my mum past away which I don’t have many nice pictures with her, I asked him to put 2 pictures together so it looked like we were together. I can’t begin to express how amazing it is! I will use him 100 times over! He got back to me very quickly with his responses and only took a couple of days for the picture! Forever grateful! Thank you ❤️❤️

Delighted with our experiences

Ben has restored two photos for me now and we’ve been delighted with both. They have been excellent restorations and our experience was wonderful.
He is kind and thoughtful with his responses and made my FIL so happy with pics from his wedding day.

Ben performed a miracle

Ben performed a miracle! He took an image under an inch high, enclosed in a viewer and he turned it into a perfect photograph. It was the only photo I had of my Dad and I. I never thought I would get to see it as a proper photograph. Ben has literally made a dream come true. His work is superb. He’s friendly, professional and he understands the happiness his service can bring.

Unprofessional Company!

I was looking for someone to restore my brothers baby photo which had been damaged by sun light. After seeing so many people posting about loved ones forever I thought I would email Ben about the photo. After the email Ben done the image but we noticed he had left some of the ear as the old photo I asked for him to make this the same colour as my brothers face and he completely erased my brothers ear. I then went back to him and stated this and he sent a unprofessional message back. He then fixed my brothers ear but made the babygrow very bright (this was his completed version) which I then informed him on. He then said he would fix this after waiting 2 days I received the completed image today and it is the same one I received last week. I then said this to him which he replied with very unprofessional message. I WOULD NOT go to this company again. It is constant chasing and hassle.They are quick to take your money and refuse a refund too! He has also blocked my number so I have no way to get in contact with him!!!

Ben is amazing

Ben is amazing. I had never seen a picture of my father before he was the age of 40. We found one online that was so blurry and I sent it him.
It looks amazing, Ben did colour and also black and white. Brilliant price and a lovely guy

Fantastic service

Fantastic service. Ben has restored a few photos for me, the best being of my grandparents where he expertly restored the two separate photos and merged them to look as one. This was a gift for my dad on father's day who I lost only a few months later to cancer. Thanks to lovedonesforever one of my most recent memories of my dad was him opening this gift and being completely overwhelmed with shear happiness. I'll cherish that memory forever. Thanks again Ben and the team at loved ones forever.

I am absolutely overwhelmed at how the picture has turned out! Thank you so much! I’ve wanted the picture to come to life for over 10 years! You’ve finally made that happen just before the 10 year anniversary of his death! The picture honestly took my breath away the minute I opened it and brought me so many happy tears!
