Ben at Lovedonesforever has recently…

Ben at Lovedonesforever has recently restored a beloved photo of me with David Bowie. The photo was never of good quality, but always so very treasured. To have it now looking so amazing is beyond precious to me, it's like I have been gifted a time machine! I am so grateful and would recommend this service to anyone.

Great work.

Ben explained to me due to the popularity his account gained, he was struggling to keep up with demand. However, when the work arrived it was fantastic and worth the wait. Would 100% recommend.

Happy happy happy

I asked Ben to complete a photo of my mum and dad on their wedding day back in the 1960’s . It was black and white and I asked him to add the colour of what it would have been back then .
I was over the moon with it and so was my mum and dad . It is something unusual that I never thought would be possible to do so well. He is busy so you need to be patient and allow time if it is for a gift . You can’t rush these things and the end result is worth the wait. So pleased to have stumbled across his work …. Photos are everything x

Amazing restoration

Ben restored two photos of my grandma which I gifted to my mum for Christmas, she absolutely loved them and the photos were amazing quality.

Incomparable to any other.

Ben was absolutely fantastic, from start to finish he was fast, friendly and professional. When he sent my finished image I was absolutely floored, he had exceed all expectations and more, I couldn’t thank him enough for what he had done for my family and I. Ben has given us the gift of life which we will treasure forever.

What an amazing company lovedonesforever are!
So helpful, so caring, so understanding
He went above and beyond for me and did something really special and did something a little different to the usual picture restoring

I’m really grateful for my picture and will cherish it forever

Dishonest.

Ben used some of my work and made it look like his own to establish his business.
He regularly cons customers by posting fake restorations, or not completing the work and not refunding.
I would avoid at all costs.

Ben left me speechless.

Ben is running the business alone every interaction I have had with him has been pleasant. Ben did a wonderful job at restoring 2 photos for me after Christmas and then sent me a little surprise that left me speechless when he restored another photo for me that was on my social media. Thank you Ben for your help and hard work.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs! Was told he could restore a photo no problem and to pay £35 for it, he’s very eager to reply when he wants your money but as soon as he’s got it the reply’s are scarce. I paid via PayPal in September, beginning of December no photo, Id emailed several times and eventually got a response from Instagram claiming the software used didn’t work on the photo and he’d do another one ‘free of charge’ how can it be free when I’ve already paid?! I requested a refund to be told money was ‘in holdings’ but he’d happily refund me when it cleared. It’s been almost a month and nothing, several messages I’ve sent and requests for the money via PayPal and he just ignores you.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
I have more confidence in seeing a pig fly than getting my money back and him being an actual decent human being

Do not use this company

Absolutely shocking service. Ben Lopez tells you it will be no problem to restore your pictures. He has a page on Instagram and Facebook aswell as his website. He doesn't "currently" have a business account so is "temporarily" using a Revolut bank account or you can pay by PayPal but only through Friends & Family. Beware. Paying this way gives you no way of getting your money back. He knew my 2 pics for £75 were for gifts and yet I had to chase and chase. He sent me 1 pic back untouched and then eventually the 2nd which is awful. He constantly makes excuses, ignores your emails and messages on all platforms and I suspect will soon be blocking me too. His Facebook page has been changed so you can no longer comment or leave reviews and any comments you put on Instagram eventually get deleted. Don't be fooled by all the celebrities pics he's done for free. The actual people who pay their hard earned cash to him get rubbish or nothing.
Please do not waste your money.

Unhappy with photo

I paid for my deceased parents' photo to be restored. Ben the owner charged me £35 and took the money immediately by Paypal (I later found out he uses Friends and Family so you can't get a refund). I didn't hear anything back and chased him up about 7 weeks later. During this time he had posted loads of other people's photos online.
When he finally emailed my photo I was really unhappy with it. He refused to refund me and said he would re-do it. I then realised he had blocked me from instagram. I have found out that he has done this to lots of other people who have been unhappy with their photos. His facebook account does not have an option to review.
