Can do better
The solicitors should be honest to inform to their clients that they will not be able to take the work immediately as they are too occupied.In my case, I have to chase the solicitor to proceed with my work even though I am charged full fees..... a bit unfair.

We are sorry to learn we did not fully meet your expectations on this occasion and you had reason to "chase" your solicitor, however it is not an issue of "honesty" , but human error and oversight on our part. Unfortunately charges reflect the work undertaken and in this case your matter qualified for a basic fixed fee. Excellent service
I found Rizwan and Gurpal were most helpful during my recent transactions. We has a fussy lender but they assisted me all the way through and accelerated the process with smooth completion. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to friends and family.

Excellent solicitors who care about their client.
I was a bit apprehensive as I was a walk in client but was delighted with their service by the time I left Lovell Chohan Solicitors.
I got to see a solicitor straight away for my property matter. The solicitor was very knowledgeable and advised a course of action that I am completely satisfied with. I would not hesitate to use this firm of solicitors again should I need further assistance in the future.
