Would give 0 stars if I could. Appalling company with terrible customer service. I have emailed multiple times with a formal complaint, but they simply ignore me. They took my money and failed to deliver the full order, without even notifying me that only one item out of four had been sent. I only discovered the issue after asking the recipient, which is completely unacceptable. This feels like theft, and I will now be taking the matter further with Trading Standards.

ordered flower for my daughters boirthday as per what showen on online -large size brilliant blooms bouquet but when she recived them all the colour were changed to too many white nothing as shown online -was very disappointed ,called them andthey refused to refund me and ignored my phone calls and emails -no reply my advise DONT USE THIS COMPANY

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day. The reason I have left it so long to review is I hoped they would put it right. However I paid £25 for basically a large daisy and a few carnations. I was disgusted. They also missed Mother's Day (after promising to deliver on the day). I complained and they basically argued that black is white, told me that the bouquets can vary from the pictures and offered nothing in the way of making it right. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY for a special occasion, they will let you down and send £3 worth of flowers for the grand total of £25 as well as missing the delivery date. So much for the customer is always right. They need to adopt a policy similar to Amazon who always put it right when there's a problem- that way you don't end up with angry customers and bad publicity- it's just common business sense- surely? Never again I'm afraid.

I ordered 2 bunches of flowers and paid extra for them to be large. When delivered they look nothing like the picture (I understand they can vary but this was a bit ridiculous) - they were also not large.
I contacted customer service with a nice email explain my problem only to be told I was wrong and the flowers were fresh so why was I complaining! I have tried numerous way of contacting them and they just shut you down straight away. Not good customer service a at all!
Genuinely could have bought a nicer and bigger bunch on flowers from a supermarket for a quarter of the price!

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering, I ordered sympathy flowers for a relative to arrive on a Sunday received message saying delivery on Monday absolutely disgusting behaviour tried to call them left e mail messages no reply.

An absolute joke, I brought a flower bouquet for my wife for anniversary, they was on offer at £16.99 instead of £39.99. I haven’t a car so could not get down to a supermarket, I thought I’d risk it , I’d looked at the reviews and most was saying there’s more in a bouquet at your local supermarket, they was dry, and dying , please do not buy from this company , trading standards should be stepping in to basically close them down, it’s a good job I didn’t pay £39.99 , ive learnt my lesson, can’t get through by phone, ignore emails, you’ll never get your money back, be warned.

I placed an order for the classic white bouquet on Friday and requested delivery for Tuesday, July 15th, 2025. I was very pleased that the delivery occurred precisely on the requested date. Considering the price of approximately £20, including delivery, the bouquet contained a satisfactory number of flowers. While the majority of the lilies were still closed, and one lily had a minor issue with slight wilting and discolouration, the overall condition of the flowers was good. The company also provided helpful updates regarding the delivery.

I was very disappointed ,I sent flowers to a friend for her birthday.they didn’t arrive on time ,they eventually came two days later,in not very good condition.no card was put through the door to say were they where and it was only by chance that she found they had been left at the post office,I’m sorry to say I will not use you again

Flowers were ordered for a Saturday delivery and have just arrived Tuesday. Telephoned to complain but didn’t get any satisfactory explanation from them and not prepared to offer refund. Rang again today and all they would do is refund me the delivery charge. Will not be using them again.

I selected my flowers for a bereavement on website
purple and yellow, they sent pink and white!!! when I contacted customer service they said flowers are perishable so they can send whatever they have its disgusting what is the point of photos on a website!!! needless to say will be telling all .y friends and family.ily not to use them absolutely shocking business practice Don't buy from them

My sister received her flowers a day later than requested, most of the flowers were dead or dying.
I am appalled at this service and will never use these bunch of cowboys again!!!

Beware of this service. Their system conflated the delivery address with my billing address so my neighbour half way down my street somehow received the flowers and my poor sister received none for her 50th Wedding Anniversary. I left umpteen both voice and written messages during 4 days to delivery to try to correct the error but none were answered. Also, the flower petals were going brown at the edges. Waste of money. Disappointed and very angry. They are a joke.

Avoid this scammers. Ordered flowers for my wife on our 25th anniversary, arrived one day later. Send me a different flowers what I ordered. Sent email, no reply. Avoid, scammers

Order Mothers Day Flowers to arrive on the day, did not arrive until Monday late afternoon, When my mum opened the box half of the flowers had died and fallen off the stems, totally bone dry, The rest have since died, completely waste of money , I have emailed but no reply and the phone number to call for customer service does not work, Very upset I thought the flowers were coming from a local florist in my mums town, very misleading too.

Flowers were tatty and lasted one day before collapsing, truly dreadful. The far cheaper flowers at Lidl are far better and can last 2 weeks.
How they survive as a Business is a mystery

DO NOT USE. Appallingly awful and non existent customer service. Order for mothers day and did not get delivered. Apparently put for delivery today 3 days later. No response to emails. Do not answer the phone. Only way to get a refund is to place a credit card dispute with your own bank. Worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Appalling.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The flowers are very poor quality and the customer service is appalling.

My son bought me a bouquet of flowers from here for Mother’s Day delivered to my home.

They looked a bit battered in the box, but I thought once in water they would come back, however, how long was I? Within 24 hours 90% of the flowers were totally dead.

My son was devastated and called customer service sending them the photographs I had sent him, but they took no responsibility at all and would not give a refund.

It’s now the day before Mother’s Day and the rubbish flowers are in the bin. All the leaves had dropped onto the work top when I got up on the morning.

Please do not use this dreadful company .

I used this company to send flowers to my sister. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. I ordered the Aztec bouquet as and it arrived with one broken stem of lily, one palm leaf. The roses seemed not bad. Nothing like the pictures represent. I contacted them and their reply was prompt but unhelpful. They basically said they review my picture and flowers were fine end of. I wish I had read the reviews first as so many of the reviews and pictures are exactly the same complaint as mine. The poor customer service is what upsets me more.

Do not purchase flowers from this place!
I orderd my girlfriend what looked like a lovely bouquet of flowers in the picture for 30£. But what turned up was a horrific bunch of flowers that were not even as nice as a 4£ bunch from Tesco.
Their reason for this was that the ones I chose were unavailable! And would netbook issue no refund or replacement.
