Good quality, delivered on time
Ordered a couple of oak door thresholds. It was a straightforward process and the items themselves were reasonable priced. However, I did think the delivery charge was a little high.
The thresholds arrived on the expected day and were well packed. I'm very happy with the quality and would probably use loveskirting again if I ever need any similar products.

The website gave clear instructions on sizes which enabled me to order the correct threshold strip I required.
It was delivered in a super quick time and after cutting to size it looks perfect and matches the existing wood flooring.

I’ve bought several orders worth of their oak flooring components and oak joinery pieces over the years and all have been excellent. This last order was well packed and delivered about a week later and the quality of the oak was all top quality.

Placed order for oak hand rail and few days later got email to say dispatched dx will deliver on 22nd nothing turned up contacted dx they have no record of order or address unable to contact Love skirting by phone, no response from emails, got no call back and live chat doesnt work wonder if il get a response from Love Skirting here because i cant direct and looking like ive lost my money.

We regret to inform you that our phone lines are currently unavailable, and we are kindly asking all customers to contact us through email in the meantime. We can see that there was an issue with the courier regarding the delivery of your order, which resulted in a delay. A PayPal case was opened by yourself on 28th November because of this and we responded to the case asking if you would like us to look into this further or if you would like a refund on your order. You requested a full refund for your order and this was processed straight away by our Accounts Team.
We are extremely sorry about the experience that you had and the inconvenience this would have caused, however, we really do hope to receive your custom in the future.

Terrible service - avoid & use a supplier you can phone!
The website & products are ok, but the fact that their phone number does not work, the online chat button is just a picture and not a link to a chat page, and are very slow at responding to emails, far far outweighs any minor benefits. Order confirmation email stated would receive an estimated delivery date within 1-2 days. Over a week later received first delivery date which was then moved 3 times, sometimes as late as 11am on the actual day of arrival, meaning that in the end had to make new arrangements to be at home for a second day to receive. All of this going on without the ability just to speak to a human on a phone! And ironically, every single reply to emails I sent them was after their system had sent out the next change so the communication was just useless.

Quality Product & Good Service
After placing my order and being given a delivery date of 3 weeks later, I then received an email 2 days before delivery saying my delivery would be delayed. When I explained that I had a carpenter booked and carpet fitting booked 2 days later, they pulled out all the stops, and managed to get my skirting and architrave delivered on time. I would give them 5 stars, if it were not for that anxiety inducing email. The product quality is great, it was well wrapped and expertly delivered, and I can't thank them enough for delivering on time. I will definitely be buying from them again.

Shocking customer service…order placed…
Shocking customer service…order placed on 2nd of October, promised delivery on the 19th. It never turned up so spent ages chasing as no phone lines, only to receive an email promising 30th as new delivery date. Guess what! It never turned up…and still chasing had no reply now for days. Don’t waste your time with this company…full of broken promises. Still awaiting a reply.

Straight forward Amazing experience
Straight forward experience, extremely competitive price with delivery, ordered 21x quantity of 2.4m scotia wooden coving finished in white primer in a really unique thick size, not many places did. product was very high quality extremely well packaged, Overall great experience would order again.

Banana shaped solid oak ramp section
I purchased a solid oak ramp section of the largest thickness they do, but it arrived bent like a banana. I sent photo's to Love Skirting, expecting that they would apologise and immediately replace it with a straight one. Unfortunately they have refused suggesting that somehow it needs to be screwed down! It would need to a steel bolt into concrete to straighten this out!! I'm left with a very expensive piece of scrap. Very disappointing that a company of this size decides to take this position when it could be so easily rectified.

Great products, slow delivery
Used twice, both times with delivery in 3 to 18 working days. Both times they did not dispatch my goods to the courier until 17 working days after order (3 and a bit weeks). Products and pricing were good but both deliveries took over a calendar month from order to arrive which is too long for some bits of trim.

Received order and when opened we found…
Received order and when opened we found that only 1 set of 5 Architrave sets were contained, a substitute of 7 lengths of random skirting had been included.
When tried to call the phone number was always engaged, so went on website and requested a call back but to no avail. Emailed and after 2 days got an email saying this is what you ordered and a photo of 3 packages at my door, they just did not want to know that my order was not as I requested.
Customer service is very poor and it is a shame as I have more projects coming up and they won’t be getting my custom
