Perfect! Went to the London Eye for an amazing price!! Way less than at the counter.

The company cancelled the concert and I’m still awaiting a refund even after I sent 7 emails. Do not trust this company with your money. They still owe me £90 and no sign of the money being returned

Children were glued from start to finish, so worth going. My 4 year old Granddaughter really enjoyed it and it takes a lot to keep her engaged

Joe was so helpful. I had used the lovetovisit app for booking an event that unfortunately I booked the wrong date. Submitted a request and my tickets were swiftly adjusted without me having to stress about it. Fuss and cost free. Would highly recommend

We booked tickets for the wonder circus skegness on Friday 31st July. We arrived to be told it was cancelled due to a bereavement and we shoukd have had an email notifying us that woukx gave details hiw to rebook. We could not do this as our visitors were returning home tgd next day. No email ever arrived at all. I completed online forms with all my details to get a refund twice, all got was z reference number that said they would respond in 48 hours absolutely nothing, no response whatsoever messages kegt on answer phone ax it seems it is never answered when you do ring. So far am at a complete dead end to get my £66 refubd. An absolute disgrace from Love to Visit and I would heartily recommend you do not book through these people after posting this i did eventually get a refund but this still does not excuse them for ignoring all previous requests but a thankyou to Joe for eventually resolving this. I also recieved an apology of sorts but I actually witnessed the lady from the circus ringing love to visit asking them to send out the emails about the cancellation that they had not previously done so, so to say they had no knowledge it was cancelled is deplorable. They apologised for the time it took to respond to my online requests which is inexcusable as thst came only after the refund was eventually made and how is it acceptable for phone calls to go unanswered for so long and no replies to messages left.so sorry but I stick with my initial title of them being disgrace apart from Joe who came through for me eventually

I booked tickets costing £450 for a festival late Saturday night in may, got an email Sunday the next day saying hope you enjoyed your time and come again. I phoned them couldnt get an answer, came to trustpilot and managed to find an email address. I told them I wanted tickets for the August festival and hadn't received any tickets yet and had an email saying it was over. The only email I had had was a booking confirmation asking me to contact them to choose the dates.
I was then sent tickets with a date that had already passed and kept being told dont worry it'll work or just outright ignored. I set a fresh email asking for a refund and they contacted me the same day and finally sent me tickets saying the correct date. At this point I was asked to put a 5 star teview on trustpilot because they had 'sorted the issue'. My event was still a past event in the app though so I was afraid to get the kids excited as I was still afraid we'd be turned away. Skip to August and we got to the event and the tickets QR code wouldn't scan from Apple pay or the paper ticket I printed. The festival organisers were great and sorted for us to attend still. I would never buy from these again. I saved £45 but it caused so much anxiety and upset and the ticket didnt even work!

I had a issue with a event been cancelled last minute on me! Cyle responded quickly to my concern and a full refund was processed appreciate the quick action.

Booked tickets to a circus that wasn't there. We travelled from another city so was annoyed and kids were disappointed.
I requested money back. Will see if I actually get anything back cause the person I was chatting with promised me refund but didn’t ask any details and when I asked about how is it happening when you don’t have my details never got reply anymore.
Very fishy so probably best to steer away…

We did got the ticket money back but it doesn’t change the fact that you didn’t provide the right address or venue to the event.

Booked tickets for a festival that was later posted until next year. Contacted via email to request a month ago and still waiting. Follow up emails are all responded to via chat bot and no one answers the phone. AVOID

Easy to book an event I wanted to attend. Sadly the event was cancelled and Cyle arranged my refund which arrived promptly.

After multiple AI messages I was very pleased to hear from Cyle about a refund for an event that was postponed.

I've now changed my mind about not using them again.

Dont use i love to visit to book anything, appalling customer service.
Booked and paid for the safari park, only to arrive and it to be cancelled. Safari park offering refunds, however as booked through i love to visit, they cant process and i love to visit dont want to know
