Excellent service being a remote area of Scotland we struggle a lot with getting materials delivered but that wasn’t a problem from LSD not only were there prices reasonable but delivery was easy and reliable, we were kept in touch from ordering right through to delivery morning. Would highly recommend LSD and would definitely use again

I was struggling to buy the individual porcelain slabs (most places only doing project packs) until I found LSD. The ordering process was simple and the communication was excellent. The day after I placed my order I had a phone call to arrange delivery. My order was with me four days after placing the order and the delivery driver was very helpful. The product arrived well packed and LSD order was the extra slabs I needed to complete my patio being laid.

Lead in time at the date of ordering was 7 working days. This was amended to 15 working days.
Delivery had been promised via crane (as before) but turned out to be via trolley. Access was difficult for this reason.
The driver was not instructed to contact me on the day of delivery to confirm. This did not happen.

The staff were very helpful and happy to discuss all aspects of different products. When a haulage company delivered some large heavy natural stone slabs damaged LSD & BSD promptly arranged to have their replacements successfully redelivered. I was very pleased to deal with this company and would not hesitate to do so again.

Only received 1 item out of the three samples ordered. Messaged to discuss...zero response. Will be ordering my stone from elsewhere.

LSD undertook a medium sized garden landscaping job for us. It was tough work but all done incredibly efficiently and well.
From the outset Alex, Kris and the team were very responsive, listened to what we wanted, were patient with a few changes of mind along the way and quick to get things done.
The team were always courteous and left things tidy. Crucially, everyone was communicative and responsive - vital when you’re managing a project.
The workmanship was of excellent quality and the finished garden looks fantastic. I would recommend the team
highly.

Friendly, helpful, and competitively quoting without having been advised of competition’s quotations. They also included VAT in their quotation which isn’t always clear with other company’s quotations. But above all else, we were able to talk to a real person !

Easy to order. Was promptlyinformed about the order and its progress via email. Detailed information about the order, what to expect to happen when delivered and what to do was explained in detail. Good range of products.
Following the delivery of paving slabs, I contacted LSD on live chat as I felt the images on their site and the description of the colour of the slabs did not represent the colour of the slabs I received. They were easy to contact and quick to respond. Despite the difference in colour expectations I have given the company 5 stars for their customer service and the quality of the product.
