Global Stone Limestone Imperial Blue
The Global Stone product we bought looks good now its laid. It wasn't in stock initially so we had to wait a bit though it did turn up in the end. The price was good so we are very happy.

Ordered 7 samples but only 3 arrived
Ordered 7 samples but only 3 arrived, all at different times in different packages. Then I was randomly given a refund for 3 of the samples. No communication from them. Definitely living up to their name, LSD

We had to source the samples from various suppliers, and unfortunately, some of the products have been discontinued or are currently out of stock. We have processed a refund for those items and sincerely regret any inconvenience this may have caused.

Good customer service
I placed an order for sandstone walling which was delivered promptly although unfortunately a large number of the tiles were broken. I contacted LSD and sent photos and replacement packs were despatched and received by me in Scotland within the week so very impressive service from LSD and Bradstone. My landscaper was also impressed and said he would definitely use them in the future

Firm needs to do more research and listen to Locals Driver was the best and very helpful.
I disliked the fact that 1 they did not inform me before trying to deliver. 2 they told me that they did not have a small enough wagon to get on our street with a tail-lift that could handle the weight. 3 when the delivery driver phoned to ask where he was to drop them I directed him where to go when he got there he took one look at the street and said he could get on there easily and he did, the driver was great and very helpful but the firm who delivered should do more research and listen to the people who live in the area. Thanks anyway Rant over.

We’re investigating the issues you raised, and here’s what we found:
Lack of prior notification: We apologise for failing to notify you before the delivery attempt. Our standard procedure is to schedule all deliveries with you beforehand. A new system was used for your order, and unfortunately, this step was missed.
Issues with vehicle size: We're sorry for the misinformation. The courier's team looked at Google Maps and incorrectly assumed only a 7.5-ton truck could navigate your street, and they only carry a taillift capable of lifting 500 kg due to the small size of the vehicle.
Inaccurate information: We agree that our third-party delivery partners should be more diligent and trust the local knowledge of residents.
While we're glad the driver was able to help, it doesn't excuse the poor planning and communication. Your feedback is crucial and will help us prevent similar issues in the future.
