We paid for 24 hour delivery as we ordered before 11 am . It was more than 72 hours and I was supposed to be having a refund but never received it . Very disappointing .
Pleased with the bricks however .

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I’ve looked into your order and wanted to clarify what happened with the delivery.
Your order was received at 8:25am on the 25th and handed over to our courier, Palletways, later that afternoon on a next-day service. According to their tracking notes, the delivering depot wasn’t able to collect your pallet on the 26th due to an overload, which caused the initial delay. They were still catching up on the 27th, and although your delivery was planned for that afternoon, it had to be moved to the 28th. The pallet was loaded and successfully delivered that day.
I’m really sorry for the inconvenience these delays caused. Once goods are with the courier, we’re limited in what we can do, but we did follow up with them throughout. I’ll also be chasing our accounts team regarding the refund for the next-day charge.

Having had 2 sets of problems with an order of materials from Global Stone (1st, incorrect packing and sloppy 3rd party delivery resulting in broken slabs, 2nd incorrectly sized replacements sent) the LSD team (Manuel, the guy I delt with) nailed sorting out the problems. Many thanks, M.

Reasonally proced patio set.
Good priced product. We wanted to extend our patio and were able to buy a small patio set of the same slabs we bought about 10 years ago. Easy to order and very prompt delivery.

Product was as described and in good condition on delivery. Delivery update post ordering could have been better but overall product arrived within expected timeframe. Carriers driver inexperienced but we got there in the end.

Fantastic company
Super quick delivery and a fantastic price. We live in a difficult place for large vehicles but the delivery driver was well prepared with a motorised pallet mover so it wasn’t a problem. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use again.
