Ordered a service kit for a Stihl strimmer yesterday, the kit arrived early this morning, very quick and reliable service. I’m not sure if I’ve used this firm before, but I will certainly be using them from now on thanks ever so much for a very good service

I ordered a fuel filter for my seagull outboard motor, very good price compared to other suppliers, excellent service and I thoroughly recommend this company.

There are not many companies like L&A Engineers left. Easy to contact. Knowledgeable and genuinely helpful staff. Massive inventory. Correct item every time. Reasonably priced delivery, same day despatch and delivered next day. Can't fault them.

Helpful on the phone and the person speaking actually knew what he was talking about. Makes a change from lots of companies out there.

Ordered parts for my Honda HRX 476 and came within two days. I liked how the parts diagram showed all the parts and numbered them so you know what you were after. I now have a working mower again and will certainly use L&S next time my mower decides to annoy me and not work- lol

Part needed for 10+year Old Echo Grass-Trimmer/Brushcutter. Ordered on a Tuesday evening,delivered <48hrs later. Excellent all-round communication/service. Highly recommend.

Needed parts for sthill saw, got onto L&S parts arrived following day, well packaged and invoiced straight away, would recommend.

I needed a broken part for a 16 year old machine, I wasn’t very hopeful. Did and internet search and found L&S engineers, found the part on their website, not in stock so I emailed L&S,who promptly said they would order the part in if I placed an order.
Placed the order and five days later I have the correct part at a reasonable price.
Excellent service and I will use again.

Information on the website was comprehensive and accurate, the price was competitive and in stock. The item was delivered the next day, so overall a smooth purchasing experience, will use again.
It was nice to see the Stihl part was made in Switzerland rather than the USA. The US-made parts are normally low-quality steel and don't hold their edge.

Tim provided quick solutions and feedback to my several emails sent re an order that was filled and arrived next day as expected! Competitive pricing and good service, what more can you ask?!

Very prompt and efficient service. Ordered a replacement strimmer head. Arrived the next day. When it turned out to be the incorrect item I had ordered, the return and re-order was very efficiently and courteously handled.

Order placed on the 1st of January. Advised that it was on 'back order' so would be delayed by a few weeks. (Fair enough).

Its now 13th of March and still no part!
Have enquired several times about the order status and have been fobbed off with replies saying it was being dispatched that afternoon.
Expecting a prompt refund!

I contacted L&S about 2 minutes before they closed on a Friday afternoon. The lady I spoke to couldn’t have been more helpful or patient despite it being her going home time. She clearly explained all options to purchase components and how to receive the items as quickly as possible.
