Really pleased with purchase. Was kept informed of my order progress through to delivery. Will use again.

Ordered only 4 light bulbs, but your cost was considerably cheaper than other vendors, you could look at your p&p charges, because I had a tiny delivery which would have fitted in a small package, but you sent an A4 parcel with added bubble wrap! Guaranteed nothing broke, but far too much packing for such a small delivery.

Ordered light fitting which was dispatched same day and arrived the next.

They are better than the originals

haven't fitted lamps yet but delivery....wow. ordered one afternoon and they arrived next lunchtime, super efficient!

The guys at luma lighting are fantastic, they want to make sure you get the product you need and will go to any length to make sure it makes it to the client in perfect condition.
They really helped me out and I can't think of another firm that helped me as much as these have in resolving issues with 3rd party couriers at their expense.

Very good service. Had problem with some items and did not quibble about returning and refunding money.

Product required within five days of order. Luma lighting arranged for delivery direct from manufacturer. Items arrived (well packaged) within two days of placing order.

Easy ordering ,reasonable prices & prompt delivery, couldn't be better.

Ordered product and heard nothing for an unacceptable length of time despite email confirmation and money taken from account. I had to chase up to stimulate a response which was 'we messed up the order coz our system was down or words to that affect.
The assistant was apologetic and helpful and dispatched the product. Product arrive swiftly but guess what....wrong product.
Went back to assistant who again was apologetic and this time dispatched the correct product which is as ordered.
So apart from that - average.

Service was excellent from start to finish with staff taking on board my delivery requests and implementing them efficiently.

Ordered outside lights, just what was needed, was told a delivery day but then told it would be delayed a day, for me this did not matter as it would be three to four days before they were required.
Good value for money, would use again.

Good range of LED lamps - the Crompton antique filament LED performs as expected, although sensitive to dimmer type like all LEDs
