My only complaint was with the delivery. DPD was used. In the past I have found DPD very good because they often deliver to a delivery point of your choice, like a shop in the high street, from where you can then pick it up. Instead, DPD delivered to my home but did not come on the day expected. I had to stay in all day to no purpose. When I rang Luma L. that day they said ETA was between 14.50 and 15.50 hrs. No one turned up. The package arrived next day when I was out (luckily a neighbour agreed to take it in). Having a chosen delivery point would have been the best option.

Basic outside light was very good value, delivered promptly. No problems with customer service. But the bulb that I ordered with the light didn't work. Not a major problem but the reason why I've only given three stars.

Item was requested on a Wednesday and delivered on a Friday, items were carefully wrapped and in good order. A fair price paid for the items when compared to the market. Well done

I ORDERED A BATHROOM LIGHT FITTING FOR THE FIRST TIME FROM LUMA LIGHTING, ALTHOUGH THE FITTING ISN'T FULLY INSTALLED YET, I FOUND THEIR SERVICE AND DELIVERY TO BE VERY GOOD, THE ORDER WAS RECEIVED WHEN THEY SAID IT WOULD BE WITH A CALL FROM THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE THE DAY BEFORE AS I HAD REQUESTED THE DELIVERY TO AN ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS AND A TEXT WAS RECEIVED BEFORE THE DROP FROM THE DELIVERY SERVICE PROVIDER. I WOULD USE THIS WEBSITE AGAIN.

My order arrived within 2 days of making the order. I was expecting longer. The package of electrical spot light conversion wiring was difficult to find at other websites. I would definitely shop here again

Excellent service

A great light for the bathroom (ours is a small one). The light is bright and the cover is easily taken off should you need to replace the bulb. I purchased the model with the white surround and it looks clean and tidy and blends into the ceiling so you don't really notice it. Would recommend.

The invoice wasn't included in the pack BUT I called on a Sunday and teh phone was answered immediately by a human , yes a human, and it was emailed immediately so no hassle at all.
