It has taken me ages to find a centre light for my lounge, eventually I chose a phoenix ceiling pendant. The standard delivery was very quick within 3 days. However when I opened the parcel I had someone else's order. I telephoned LumaLighting immediately, this was sorted without any hassle, lots of apologies and the correct order arrived the very next day at a time of my choice.
