During my course, I had the opportunity to work with three different teachers, and Daniel was my final instructor for the last six months. I couldn't have been happier with the experience. Daniel not only made the entire learning process smoother but also provided valuable insights that enriched my understanding. He made the remainder of the course far more enjoyable. I highly recommend Daniel to anyone pursuing their studies at Lumify Learn.

I recently completed the Cert IV in IT Networking and had trainers Craig and Dan through my course. These trainers are definitely top notch and the self paced nature of online learning with Lumify is definitely great for people trying to also manage life’s other priorities.
I have no hesitations in recommending Lumify Learn to anyone wishing to get into the IT space.
Will definitely be going through them again if I am to further my studies.

My trainer is Dan Armstrong, and this is the second certificate I’ve completed with him. Highly recommended and very easy going. The course itself is excellent, theory work can be tedious but the lab scenarios are more interactive and closely related to actual work environment.

The teaching and support of the educator was exceptional. Daniel Armstrong was my trainer and he was always happy to assist with any questions I had. I have definitely learnt a lot from this course and the institute. Would definitely sign up again!

I couldn’t be happier with lumify learning, my son in year 11 wanted to do the cert 1V in IT (networking).
My initial contact was with Michael Alexi who was extremely helpful in explaining the coarse and how it would work for my son who wanted to do his year 11 study’s as well as the cert 1V. This was quite a challenge as it was an unusual situation for his high school. We also had to wait until he turned 16.
Micheal was very supportive and communicated flawlessly with my son’s school and made the whole process easy with no problems.
My son had an initial interview with Aline Kokotovic before starting to see if the coarse would be suitable for him. I came away feeling extremely confident that this company and the coarse would be perfect for my son.
After this interview my son was contacted by his trainer Daniel Armstrong who is an exceptional trainer and mentor.
My son has now completed this coarse and is now doing his diploma in IT with Lumify Learning.

My journey with the Certificate III in Information Technology at Lumify Learn was long but rewarding. I've always had a tendency to procrastinate, and that's exactly what I did. For months and months, I put off doing the work and joining the sessions with my trainer, Rajalakshmi. Before I knew it, I only had four months left to complete the course, and I had only finished three units. The facilitators at my academy, IDEA (Innovation Design Entrepreneurship Academy), reached out to my trainer to find out where I was at. They made a plan. However, another one of my weaknesses is following plans. For the last few months of the course, I joined every meeting and did the work. I made sure to email Rajalakshmi if I had any problems. She was really supportive and always gave me detailed answers to help me improve my work. I only worked on my Certificate III in Information Technology twice a week, as I was busy with my IDEA work from Monday to Wednesday. A week before the due date, I still had a few more units to complete. I didn't think I would be able to do it, but by communicating with Rajalakshmi, I organised a few more meetings. I was able to complete my Certificate III in Information Technology on the due date (27th June 2024).

I highly recommend using Lumify Learn. Their courses aren't just theoretical; they have lots of practical aspects too!

I had a great experience with my trainer, Rajalakshmi. She was extremely helpful, always responding to my emails and providing valuable advice on how to improve my work. Although the course was challenging at times, the support I received helped me get through it and enjoy the experience. The learning materials were easy to follow and explained everything clearly. Completing the Certificate IV in Systems Administration has been, and was an amazing journey for me. The course provided a comprehensive understanding of various Systems Administration concepts and equipped me with so many hands on / practical skills essential for success in the field.

I found the training delivery to be exceptional. Mark Hegarty was very knowledgeable, approachable, and dedicated to ensuring that I grasped the material effectively. The blend of theoretical learning with hands-on practical exercises allowed me to not only understand the concepts but also apply them in real world scenarios, which was invaluable. Mark would always be ready to reply to a late night email or schedule a check-up time, no matter how quickly I needed it. Mark was amazing and I couldn't have asked for a better teacher.

Have had a fantastic experience getting my Cert 3 in IT. Craig is an absolute legend of a trainer, was willing and able to help with everything without giving any answers in the course but would guide me in what to research to find the answer myself providing a sense of achievement independent of the course. That granted me my own working knowledge of what was in the course helping me to have functional knowledge. If he wasn't familiar with something I asked about he actually did research on it to a point he was able to speak confidently about it and clarify things with me.

I cannot speak highly enough of Craig and his dedication to helping me throughout the course from start to finish, he was always there and willing to help.
If you're willing to try you have nothing to worry about if you've got Craig at your side.

I've just completed a cert 4 in ICT (Cloud Based Computing) and had a great experience. My trainer Dan A was always available by email and/or Teams to support me through the course work and helped to make some of the trickier material easy to understand. I was able to work through the material at my own pace and particularly enjoyed the technical skills development.

Great experience! I undertook a Certificate IV in Information Technology (Web Development). Learning to code confidently via HTML, php, javascript, css etc without any experience prior whatsoever. My tutor: Rajalakshmi Kandasamy, has been very patient with my learning experience and have learned very easilly the languages. I have extended my course for three months as it is my completion date today, even though I am 19 units out of 20... Lumify is patient with holds and pauses in my studies. Great experience so far, and considering a Diploma in the future :)

Studying Web Development at Lumify for the ICT40120 - Certificate IV in Information Technology Web Development has been a very positive experience!
My trainer Mrs. Rajalakshmi Kandasamy, Rajee, is not only knowledgeable but also very patient. She consistently offers excellent guidance and explanations for all the units.
The course material are well structured and relevant to the industry. The exercises and assessments are designed to simulate real case scenarios a Web Developer would encounter in the field. I definitely value this course and have learned a lot from it. Additionally, the affordability of the course and the flexible payment options make it even more appealing.

I completed my Diploma in IT (Advanced Networking) with Lumify and I cannot be more happy. I had access to a trainer ever week via virtual meetings and could email them questions throughout the week and i would get a response super quick. This was key to my success during this diploma as I tend to procrastinate. They were also super understanding as my situation changed during the diploma and my second child was born which made things super difficult.
