The trainers are so friendly and always make time available for you to assist with learning. The student portal is also extremely easy to navigate, and the courses are really well written. Costs are also good and the payment plans definitely made it so much easier for me.

I have just recently completed the Certificate IV in Information Technology (Elective focus cloud computing) with Lumify learn. The structure of the course was a perfect balance of cloud computing, cybersecurity and networking electives. What I enjoyed most about the course was the assessment structure of the units, there was a theory knowledge questions section and a workbook which contained practical real-life scenarios that you had to complete in various cloud and virtualized environments leaving you with job ready skills not just theory knowledge. The best part about this course was the ability to catch up with my trainer for half an hour each week on a team's meeting to discuss assessments and perform the role-based components of the workbook. My trainer Daniel was fantastic and is a true asset to this course and Lumify learn.

My experience with Lumify learn was the best learning experience I've had. I was a bit nervous going into online learning however michael the intake office made it a breeze.
I then met my trainer for my cert IV networking course Daniel Armstrong.
This bloke was just a legend in everyway. When I met Daniel , I was concerned about online learning and how I could do it. Daniel booked time for me and made me feel so comfortable during my course. He was patient, very helpful and made my learning experience amazing.

Finishing up the ICT40120 Certificate IV in Information Technology (Web Development) course with Mrs. Rajalakshmi Kandasamy has been awesome. I didn't know a thing about coding when I started, but she made it all make sense.
My mentor knows her stuff and she's super patient. She took us through web development step by step, breaking down all the tricky parts. Her encouragement kept me going when things got tough.
The course was laid out really well. They didn't just talk theory; we had these assignments that felt like real web projects. It helped a lot to practice what we were learning.

I cannot recommend Lumify Learn highly enough. If you're looking for a career in IT and want to be job ready by the end of the course then you should definitely consider them.
The educators at Lumify Learn are experts in the field, and their commitment to students' success is evident. They create an engaging and supportive learning environment, making complex networking concepts easily understandable.
Both educators that I had (Dan Armstrong and Duncan Boileau) were very helpful to me. They went above and beyond, scheduling lessons that were a more
convenient time for me. Prior to starting this course I wasn't sure what to make of it doing it online. Online study with an RTO can be a hit or miss, I was pleasantly pleased with the level of engagement I received from both educators. The study portal is also easy to use as well.

Lumify Learn were also very flexible with the course extensions when I needed them. The student support was easily reachable and responded always in short amount of time.

The Cert 4 Information Technology (Networking) course covers various subjects in IT which is great as it will help you decide what career you want in IT.

I would recommend Lumify Learn to people, particularly over TAFE.

I am currently three-quarters of the way through the ICT40120 Certificate IV in Information Technology (Web Development) with Lumify Learn, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience so far. It was, overall, a smooth process with enough options available for payment over the duration of the course.

we move onto the seamless beginning of of my learning experience, starting with the Induction pack and Initial first meeting with the fantastic mentor I was connected with, I knew from the get go that that it would be an enjoyable experience to do this cert with him.

throughout the course of the units, there were up and downs, as some units were more difficult than others, and some more fun to learn, however throughout my mentor was there every step of the way making the experience enjoyable, smooth (Mostly) and quick as I finished all my units within 9 months of starting, thanks in part to my mentor.

Now I await the next step of my life and write this review in hopes that others see it and Join up to learn some new skills and enjoy the fantastic staff they have at Lumify

Almost Completed my Cert 3, Jumping straight into Cert 4 Networking.
My Teacher has been very helpful and friendly, supporting me the whole way through my learning journey and being flexible with early or even late meetings as required.
As well as the student support team helping me to rectify any software issues or odd requests i had throughout.

So far it has been a fantastic experience and i look forward to continuing my journey!
