I received these so called magic no smears cloths, what a total rip off. They certainly don't do what they say in the website. They should be reported for mis leading customers.Do not order from these cowboys

Total rubbish! Cloths that arrived are not the same as the ones in the video, utter shoddy, in the true sense of the word, rubbish. Don't waste your money. Can't believe I fell for this total scam. I always reserach these products before buying but I obviously didn''t read Trustpilot reviews, lesson learned. Grrrr.

I wouldn't give it the one star if possible. Omg what a con n rip off. Avoid this company. What I received was nothing like I was expecting. Cheap and nasty. 100% RUBBISH

I have emailed this company repeatedly even sent a letter which has been returned as the company doesn't exist at that address . They are selling junk at discounted prices don't be fooled - you won't get a refund .

I don't usually give reviews but thought I should to allow people make an informed decision about purchasing from this company. Got their grass Cordless Brush Cutter and in fairness, I got a second one for half price after I paid for first one, so I passed it on to a relative. Mine broke down just after 30 minutes of use. Emailed the company to see how it could be dealt with and received no response to date. You might want to bear this in mind before you purchase from them.

I have sent 3 emails on consecutive days regarding my order, to let them know I have not received it yet. They are not responding.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Husband ordered a heavy duty log splitter..offer £29.90 normal price £69…received a tiny thing looks like a model for one, would not cut a kindling stick!! Eailed twice no reply…total rip off!!!! I wish he’s read these reviews before!

The product shown is not the one that is sent. The cloths are completely different and do not work at all. They allow any reviews on their website or social media posts. Steer well clear. Their 60 refund policy is non existent. No refunds forthcoming.

Cloths nothing like advert, total scam

Absolute rip off. Advertisement clearly shows a good sizeable cloth ….what you actually receive is barely big enough to wipe your nose on. Totally misleading selling technique so be warned.

Ordered a kitchen mat from this lot and what they
sent was nothing like the mat that was shown
in their advert and after two emails asking for my
money back has just fallen on deaf ears I now have
to resort to contacting my credit card and hopefully
they will reimburse with the£ 19-99 that I had paid
this lot please do not touch this company as their
nothing but a shower fraudsters

As other people have said below the cloths are not what is advertised and are absolutely rubbish. Not fit for any purpose and no luck with getting money back!

DO NOT USE. After 2 weeks of waiting for my order it still hasn't arrived. They are in cahoots with EVRI who messaged me last week to say that they had my parcel and let me know when it was out for delivery. It still hasn't arrived and EVRI haven't contacted me back either. I have emailed LUMIO 6 times and no response.

Bought the cloths which were nothing like the ones they say they are just useless. Like Felt.
This lumio company are total rip off avoid at all costs.

Totally misleading. Nothing like the adverts, just pieces if felt. Fake review info on website. They remove negative comments and have blocked me on social media.They ignore requests for refunds. Got my money back through a bank charge back.

If I could give no stars I would. I received my cloths yesterday and they are rubbish. Nothing how they were described on Instagram

The cloths they advertise show them a being large, super absorbent and cleaning glass with no smears. Trust me, they are NOTHING like the ad!!! They're half the size, totally Non-absorbent, and don't clean anything. They are super thin ( you can see through them ). The ad makes them look like they're similar to chamois but, in truth, they're really, really, thin felt. No chance of money back either. Save your money!!!!

I bought the magic clean micro cloths,utter rubbish! Wont be using this company again.Should have checked trustpilot first.

Bought the window cloths which were nothing like the ones they say they are just useless ..I have bought from another company before which are total game changes when cleaning windows...this lumio company are rip off avoid at all costs
