We have not recieved any response from you to our emails dated 28th July, 1st August, 3rd August and 4th September. We asked you to confirm the fault because we had inserted batteries and the toy worked fine. If we do not hear from you by 20th October we will destroy the product.

Next time we would recommend you measure and compare the sizes before ordering, we're not sure we deserve the negative service review, unfortunately we can’t offer a return for hygiene reasons but we hope you find the right size in the future.

Can't see how they could have done it any better
They cancelled my order when I realised I placed a wrong one, and they returned the money immediately.
The corect order was also delivered almost overnight. I will order from them again with joy, and confidence.

I'm sorry you received a defective product, unfortunately a small percentage of defective products do slip through the nets and we report all such products to our suppliers.
For the record, we have offered to refund or replace your product as long as you follow our returns policy. Unfortunately you've thrown the item away before reviewing our policy or contacting us so we're unable to support your return.
We understand this has frustrated you and we're saddened to read your emails threatening us with a negative review if we didn't refund you without returning the item.
As we stated via email we cannot simply offer a refund because you've said it's damaged without physical proof it actually was.
I hope you understand this is fair.
If you do happen to come across the defective item, our product guarantee covers you for 12 months, feel free to raise the return and we'll happily exchange or refund - depending on the timeframe.
