I'm sorry you have felt the urge to leave a negative review after we have been communicating via email and there hasn't been any issues raised to us directly.
As per our email conversations, your order was due to be delivered on the 10th November by DPD but you requested them to move the delivery to the 11th November. DPD then attempted to deliver on the 11th but you weren't in. You then contacted DPD and asked them to return the parcel to sender which they did, we received it back on the 17th November and refunded you shortly after.

I made an order for the first time on the 29th July...I haven't received the order or an email to say the items have been dispatched...I've sent emails and submitted a form through there webpage and still haven't had any response. Shocking customer service.

I have investigated this for you and seems your order has come through to us as a failed order from Clearpay however when I manually check the Clearpay portal I can see your order was authorised so it seems a website/system error between Clearpay and ourselves has happened and I can only apologies for this.
To make matters worse, the Cloneboy product you ordered is out of stock now and our next estimated delivery date from the supplier is Thursday 12th August.
Because of the delay I have gone ahead and refunded your order immediately.
