Do not buy from this company. Their merchandise is cheap and tacky. I sent an item back that I’d bought over Christmas because it was such poor quality and never got a refund.
Really do not understand how these companies are still allowed to trade ripping so many people off

Big Scam! I payed for an item weeks ago before checking the reviews, after reading a good 20 the embarrassment set in, after another 10 this feeling turned into a burning rage! Looking like a neat £34.99 I will not be seeing again.. although, we learned a valuable lesson here, do your research and check reviews first!

Bought a very expensive throw from this scam company, it fell apart within days with material falling off, cheap cotton wool like material. They claim 24/7 email reply, what a joke! I hope they get the karma they deserve. Avoid like the plague!

One star is being very kind> A rubbish company sending out goods that don't work. They also don't reply to any emails regarding the broken product. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!

If I could give this SCAM no stars I would... I had ordered a Christmas present for a relative from this shambles of a place and almost 2 months later NO PARCEL. I have emailed numerous times, sent messages via their social platforms, commented on their Instagram photos only to be BLOCKED from their Instagram. Absolute disgrace!!! I paid you for a product??? You need to either give me my money back or the product and stop ignoring me!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE

This is a scam do not buy, they won’t refund my money. I advised to call your bank and change your card details.

Ordered my scooter over a month ago and nothing has come, hoping this isn't a scam. I have my order number but nothing has arrived.

Ordered in May and it is now almost September and I still have not received my order. If you do not wanna waste money then plz don't buy from this website. It's a scam.

First, their device same one with the on AliExpress and it's cheaper too.
2nd, uf u want to get money guarantee u have to send it to China, off course u have to pay shipping, even tho they said they US based.
3nd, all the good reviews u read on their web are paid reviews (LIE)
4th, They always deleted my bad comments on their FB page
5th, DO NOT BUY IT

Order was supposed to arrive almost 2 weeks ago. They haven’t update the order in weeks and stopped responding to inquiries. Reporting to the BBB and disputing the charge with my credit card company.

worked great for a couple of months but then it stopped and the warranty is only good for 30 days....too bad as the concept is great ..product bad

I purchased a case with this company. I received a confirmation email and everything. I was able to track my shipment via the order# for about a week or so. After, the order number was invalid. This is a scam!!’ Do not buy from this company!

Very bad, very bad, very bad. Pure PHISHING. Purchased headphones on May 8th. Sent 3 unanswered emails. To date, no mail of successful shipment and no response to the 3 emails sent.

Easy buying process which I liked but I suppose that's where the effort stopped, probably purposely as well. If I could get my cashback I would.

Ordered 7th May, 1/2 days for a tracking number - This never happened, 2-3 days to ship, clearly never happened either. Arrival, well I won't hold my breathe.

UPDATE: 20TH May - Now sent 3 emails, all ignored. Please be warned about using this service. False selling on their website.
