THE WORST COMPANY EVER!
They overcharged for 2 cases but I only bought and got one case. They never refunded me. The customer service is really bad. None number for reaching them out and by email the customer service never answer your back.

What a waste of $64.90!
When I tried to leave a 1 star review on their sight it did look like it ever posted. Seems like a scam to me.

My "Lux iPhone 6 Battery Case" completely stopped charging well before 6 months and was not working well before that. When I wrote for help I was told that it only has a 30 day warranty. 30 DAYS! I would think that if they had faith in their product that they would give more than a 30 DAY warranty.

Here was their reply to me:
"Hi Amy, Thank you for reaching out.
We deeply apologize but upon further checking your record in our system, it appears that you already passed our 30-day warranty.
As much as I would like to, what we can offer you is to give you $30 off for the replacement case.

It is clearly stated on our official website, please check the link below:"

Yeah right! Like I'm going to spend another $30 + shipping on some piece of junk that will only work for a few months. NO THANK YOU!

I purchased two lux cases. It took over 3 months for them to deliver the cases. I tried to cancel after a month. They said that it would be sent with in week. After two months I filed a complaint with Paypal. They stalled for 3 weeks. Paypal would not refund until after 4 weeks. Lux sent the cases after three months and would not return my calls for emails. The cases were mediocre. The block any reviews on their site and Facebook will not allow me to post any reviews. I think almost all their reviews are from their own employees, friends, or family. Stay away from this company. They are scammers. You can get the same on Amazon for about 75% of the cost.

Bought 2 cases for the wife and daughter for Christmas, just over a month later and already neither one works anymore. Contact Lux and their only response is to tell me about their really low failure rate and offer me 50% off new cases. Well since my failure rate is 100% I'm not impressed. Don't waste your money.

Don’t buy this case if you have an iPhone - the lightening cable does not securely fit in and charging is constantly interrupted with any movement. Works as a charger just fine but this feature with the charging cord makes it garbage in my opinion. Plus the company does not respond at all despite what their website says. Beware u have been warned!

I bought two for the wrong size and customer service would not reply for an exchange of brand new cases. Rip off.

Spent $60 on a charging case for a iPhone 8 to only find a crack in it upon arrival. Spoke to someone in customer service who advised me to send it back to get it replaced. That was 8 weeks ago. Still waiting very disappointed.

I would not even give them a one star but because its needed in order for me to give my review, I purchase 3 cases 3 months ago and tell today January 25, 2019 I have not received it. I tried to contact them by phone and email and I all I get after waiting for 3 days for them to respond is we will check and get back to you. This is the worst purchase I have made in my life. It is a scam

Worst battery extender ever. Received 2 and after the first failed 2 weeks later the 2nd failed. I hope they didn’t go on shark tank because these guys would loose money. The lightning port would not hold the cord. I tore it apart and connection needs a little more support than plastic on the side. I wish I could upload a picture just don’t waste your money on the product. The .us after there site should be taken away ashamed it is a us product.

Why do I have to even give them one star? I bought a battery case and it did not work when I received it. I attempted to call them only to find out that the number listed on their websites tells you to find your confirmation email and reply to it--then you get hung up on.

In my situation, I did not have my confirmation email so I sent an email through their website asking for help and I never received a reply. I send multiple follow up emails with no reply. I then sent the battery case back to them with a copy of the shipping label (including tracking number) and a letter including all of my contact information so they could contact me.

Then, to make it worse, I filed a claim with my credit card company and Lux disputed the claim! Ultimately, I paid for something I never received.

It was only $70 but maybe I'll take them to small claims just for fun!

The only reason they get one star is that I bought two cases. One works (it's been 3 weeks) and the second came with a loose connector to the phone. Tried using it and the connector came off and got stuck in my phone (I got it out). Customer Service will not take responsibility for shipping a defective product and wants to offer me a replacement at 50% off (that's what I initially paid).
Enough said.

Update from my previous post about how much of scam this company is..... At the time of purchase, I bought 3 of these cases (accidentally and mostly because their site practices deceptive 'add-on' options. The first one worked for about 2 months and customer support would do nothing but offer a discount on more of their JUNK product. So, at least I had the second one as a backup. Well, today that one stopped charging my phone as well. I am certain they know that their product is JUNK because everyone is having the same problem but they will do nothing about it. This company is a complete scam

Purchased two of these cases for the Iphone Xs and one had a lightning connection point that didn't make contact with the cable connector right out of the box and the other quit working within two days. TOTAL GARBAGE! In addition, I have emailed the company requesting they fix the problem and replace the product and I've been completely ignored. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

Bought a charger case for my iPhone 6, it stopped working after 1 week, no reply from customer service after multiple tickets opened and emails sent, I even received email verification that they had received my emails but never one reply.

While the case was working it did not provide the charge advertised.

It’s cleary evident that this is a very poor quality product. My case stopped working after 2 months with meticulous care on my part. Customer service unwilling to respond. If this were a durable product- They would replace. Don’t buy this.

Have bought 3 cases in the last year...bought two after the first one because of their special...all 3 case stopped working within 2 months, one, after just 2 weeks...the charging input loses the ability to hold the charging cable and would just fall off if not help together. Then it stops charging at all. Customer service has no responses nor accountability...absolutely stay away from this company...especially when their fine print says that returns or refunds will not be issued after a month...30 day guarantee, well, mine didn’t even last that long but they didn’t want to return my contacting them. Worst company I have ever dealt with!

What a Scam Company,
When I got the brand new Lux Iphone XS case, it wouldn't play music or hear the phone when headphone is plug it. I wrote to Lux Company more than one month back. I was told to send the defective case back to them. It has been more than a month now. They keep email back excuses like they don't have my address, Then they said they sent the replacement but lost, but it was lost in transit.
Usually I am not the kind of guy to write reviews for anything. But this time I feel it is my duty to warn others about Lux Company. My bad for not checking Trustpilot before buying from is Fraud Company.
Buyers beware.

Bought 2 cases with the deal they had. My fault for not doing more research before purchase. Both cases failed within 2 weeks. Customer services is none existence. Sent back cases but never heard back nor got any responses on numerous email queries. This is a total scam!

Can I assign less than 1 star? These non-returnable, defective, poorly made cases arrive late but the customer service is the real horror story here. This has been the worst experience I have ever had. How do they stay in business? Check out the BBB info. Avoid this company under all circumstances.
