Stopped working within a month. They offered a replacement and 4 months later it wasn’t even shipped and my 50+ emails were completely ignored. Threatened to contact my credit card company and it finally shipped but just waiting for it to come to get rid of it! Worst customer service they delete bad reviews on their website and Facebook/Instagram accounts! Terrible

Horrible case, broke in about 2 weeks. They sent me a replacement at 50% off. Then they sent the wrong case. Mailed the case back for the right one and they never returned the right case.

Now I can’t get the case or my money back. PayPal was little help. I sent both lux mobile and PayPal the tracking info. Both did nothing to help. I’m out $40 now. Total waste of time and money.

Bought 2 units and like the other reviews 6 weeks it lasted and will not charge. No only the 1 but the 2nd as well. I wouldn't purchase this at all. Please save your money.

The charger connector that matches up with the phone is poorly designed and in our case, within six weeks became defective to the point that it would short out while trying to make contact with the phone. Upon inspection of the case, it was obvious that the connector was not well designed since it wobbled when touched. The concept was good and the charger worked well during the initial period, but it should not fail in so short a time. The Lux warranty for this issue is only good for 30 days; the best they would offer is a replacement at 50% off, but what good is that when the chances are that it will fail again within another month or two. It is a shame that they will not offer a full replacement offer, but I am afraid that this product will not even be available six months from now... they will be out of business. Sorry, Lux, but I warned you that it would get down to a negative review....

Bad quality product that failed after 6 weeks and they hid behind their return policy, stating that it failed "over time". I don't consider 6 weeks to be "over time". Don't waste your money.

I purchased a White - Lux iPhone Battery Case for an iPhone 8 Plus. Within two months it stopped working. Warranty in box says 12 months, contact Lux and apparently it's only 30 days IF you return it unused. What the heck, how would I know if I needed to return it if it was unused. I wish I had found this site before I purchased this piece of junk and wasted $65.

This is a scam. I bought two of them and they both broke. Any good reviews are clearly being put up by the company or someone who has a relationship with the company. This is a defective product read everyone who keeps saying that they keep breaking. The charger stopped working with in a week or two

Stops working with charger after a few weeks. After multiple emails to customer service they finally agreed to replace it. Then I experienced the exact same problem with the device again. They want to blame it on everything but the real problem, which is this is a piece of junk. They refused to replace it again or give me any type of credit. This is all within the first few months of having it. Do you think they would stand by their product for at least six months. Stay away don’t get ripped off like I did.

I have been wanting to buy one of these cases but have been holding off because of the price. Really happy I finally got one. My phone always dies on me and this helps give it that extra battery I need to get through the day! Great price, great quality. Came exactly as described. Would recommend

They will work fine for a couple of months then they will break down after. you will contact the company and they will say oh but your warranty is just 30 days and they have passed. YES! BU THIS IF I RECEIVED THE CASE MALFUNCTIONING! WHERE IS THE REAL WARRANTY???!!!! NOTHING!

They even wanted me to buy another one with 50% discount. like lol! I buy another one to break after another 3 months!

This is very powerful and protective for my phone. Very reliable and sturdy. Dropped my phone many times with no damage even to the case.
Works as advertised and I love it!

These phone cases are junk i bought 4 of them because of the price deal when you buy more. 2 of the 4 broke the first week the lighting adapter broke off the entire case. The black iPhone X case i got was so hott when charging it literally broke the glass on the back of my wifes Phone. I sent pictures and emails to this company and they do not back there product at all. I am currently seeking legal action against this company for my wifes phone.

This was my second one in five months.
Both had the same issue DOES NOT charge phone after a month and 2-3 months on the second case.
So I paid for a phone charger that lasted two month and you are telling me about a 30 day warranty. If the product was made more durable then it would last longer. I didn’t do anything out of the ordinary. The battery was charged but wouldn’t charge my phone. I didn’t remove my phone from the case, as your disclosure states (which means the company is well aware of the faulty connections)
In addition, after awhile the area you plug your lightning wire gets loose & doesn’t secure the wire, so i had to finagle the wire to charge the battery pack.

This company got over on me and that’s fine. I will not be purchasing another one with the “$30 discount” but would rather reviewing you faulty product .
Wish I did more research first. Looks good but doesn’t work. Hopefully someone else won’t waste there time or money. Going this 3rd party way was not smart on me, better off purchasing an Apple. Morphie seems more durable

Excellent backup power for my Iphone 7. You never have to worry about running out of power again. At the end of the day when your powers running low just push a button. Go take it up to 100% and you're good for another day. Fits great and doesn't add to much bulk to the sleek design of the phone.

Tried to charge me for 2 phone cases. Ask for refund for one or swap a case for a wireless charger. Instead they gave me a partial refund and then ignored the rest of my emails for the remainder. Email was sent immediately after order processed. Never responded to multiple emails about partial refund.

They sent me a charging case that never worked. I called the day after it was delivered, emailed, and finally Cherry told me that they’d be happy to let me buy another one for 50% off?! Do not buy anything from this company. File complaints with the BBB and FTC. Fraud!!!

Absolutely awful customer service. I bought a charging case for my son, we charged it, never worked. Spent a month trying to get a response from Lux and after sending a video, was told they'd be happy to give me a 50% off coupon so I could order a replacement?
It was on sale from $100 to $59.95. Bait and switch? Send me a defective "sale" item and then I get another and spend $99?

I really like the thin profile of the charging case. I like how the rubber construction is flexible but not too flimsy. For minor phone drops, I think your iPhone should be okay but don't expect otter box type of protection.

The case seems to provide good protection for my phone, looks great, plus charges it on the go. The nice thing about the case is I can use my lightening cord to charge it while still in the case. I was told by a friend I'd have to use a different cord or take the phone out of the case to charge with my lightening cord - but they were wrong.

i cant believe how sleek and stylish this case is. i tried a battery case years ago and it was bulky and ugly. so my expectation were not high but i was pleasantly surprised.
