Lyreco shredding collection is ridiculous!
Booked in a collection since August and nothing, paid for bags and no collection. Every notification is "no room on the van" Disgraceful as we are a small business who have recently moved offices and there was only 4 bags of items to collect.

I have already replied to an e-mail about this. I live in a block of flats. Your driver just dumped my delivery in reception where ANYONE could have just picked it up and taken it.
Not good enough. I even waited in for the delivery. If I had known that this would happen I wouldn't have bothered.

Disappointing Value and User Experience,
I found Lyreco to be significantly more expensive than other suppliers, in some cases, their ex-VAT prices were higher than Amazon’s including VAT. For a business-focused platform, that’s surprising.
The website’s search function is frustratingly poor. It’s difficult to find products efficiently, and key specifications are often missing, forcing me to look elsewhere for basic information.
Delivery was prompt (next-day), which is appreciated, but that’s expected from most suppliers now.
I use a company account, so there may be corporate benefits behind the scenes, but from a day-to-day user perspective, the experience doesn’t offer much value.

The Team helped immediately with a damaged product, I had a replacement the very next day. Excellent service and no hassle at all! The team did a great job, really impressed.

we only had a delivery of paper when we had ordered more. our company is now trying to find out where the rest of our order is.
we saw more lyreco boxes on the delivery drivers trolley but he/she only left the paper with us and left with the other boxes so we thought they were most properley for someone else.

I'm new to Lyreco, I've recently joined my organisation who have an account which makes is very easy to order, making the process smooth.
When I have to make my first online order, my login details wouldn't work so I contacted Lyreco's customer care team. They were very professional and efficient, they resolved my query swiftly following all security measures.
I've since placed a second online order with ease!

The products I received are excellent but I only knew about the deliveries on the day of arrival which could have been tricky for the desk. This could have been an issue of the 3rd party delivery company but it was very poor communication. I was not told about the arrival of either delivery

First time ordering and staff were very friendly and helpful, the delivery was fast and efficient and the delivery driver introduced himself and let me know he will be our area delivery man moving forward

Easy ordering service, delivery was really fast and the delivery driver was really nice, couldn't do enough to ensure that the parcel (huge box as it had office furniture) was in a convenient place for me.

I ordered toner for my HP Color Laser Jet Pro MFP 3302fdw printer. The delivery is swift! BUT the searching function for toner/cartridge in Lyreco website is unsatisfactory and not helpful at all. It did not work to find a suitable toner for my printer. At the end, I had to search the toner model at another websites and use that model number to make the order. Hope Lyreco could improve this.

I was expecting a 2-3 week wait for my new chair and keyboard, when in fact both were delivered in a matter of days.

Spoke with a human who was friendly & understood my needs & promptly assured me that my request will be dealt with.
As promised by Tristram my items were delivered plus a faulty toner which required an exchange were with me the next working day
