Hello, and thank you for your review. Receipts that are sent to cutomers from the team have asterisks to replace the vehicle for privacy, in case a receipt is sent to an incorrect receipient. A customer can download a receipt from our website www.m6toll.co.uk/receipt and this will show the vehicle registration in full. Exorbitant
I have made a northbound and southbound journey on the M6 toll in a jaecoo j7 and have been charged a total of £24. I think that this is over priced for a 54 mile round trip. I for one will never use the M6 Toll ver again.
The customer services rep gloatingly told me that 45-50 thousand used the Toll daily when I said I won't be using it again. even if you use and average of £12 per crossing they are making half a million a day and 197,000,000 per year out of the British public. Shameful..

The function to download receipts never works. For reference I use an iPhone. Every time, I have to contact your customer service team to get a copy of my receipts. Thankfully I don’t use the toll read very often. If I did then I think it would drive me crazy.

Absolute Rip Off
I was charged £20:20 for. Vehicle which is registered as car and is <5m long and is a 7 seat people carrier.

Clearly didn’t read my request properly and sent and pre defined response.
..Then replied to this review doubling down stating that the request had been responded to correctly.
Which suggests that for the 2nd time they do not actually read a polite and accurate request. The reply to my review unfortunately on serves to confirm my belief that the customer service lacks experience/training or provide basic AI responses ?
