Breeze pass renewal.
Had to re new my breeze pass and was super easy to do so.

No level of understanding for someone…
No level of understanding for someone who was diverted down the m6 and had no previous knowledge of the toll but qualifies for exemption. Insisted I should have applied for the exemption prior to my journey.

I hadn't got my card on me and they sent it to my phone for payment and I have 6 days to pay it.
Was nervous about using a toll but was an absolute breeze.

Steam through the toll booth and they debit your card. This is free, so why not do it? Better than fumbling around at the pay machine!
