Dress was wrong size, returns are costly as items come from China. I will never order from this business really not worth it at all.

I only give it a 1 star because I can't go any lower. The product I received was horrible quality and didn't look anything like I wanted. They refused to refund my money and instead only offered a credit. Half of the items I never received. I visa disputed charges and filed fraud with visa on this company.

If I could give this company negative stars, I would. I ordered two outfits for a fun event. The material was so thin that it was basically see-through. Unwearable.
The cream-colored outfit had black "dirt" on it but since you can't wear it, I didn't even care.
When trying to return, you are only offered store credit or 15% refund. The charge to send a back to China was $230. Avoid this online store. It should be shut down.

I bought 2 linen shirt and top sets. Paper thin, polyester (not linen) and nothing like what they advertised. I asked to return and they came back with 20% refund or credit. Why would I want to buy anything else from this company? Wish I had read these reviews. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I will keep trying to get a return. So disappointed!!!ZERO STARS

This is a company of scammers that sells terrible, low-quality clothing while passing it off as high-quality, expensive merchandise. The product does not match the description: the fabric is awful, the style and construction differ from the photos, and the sizing is incorrect. You cannot get a full refund; they only offer 10–20% of the price.

DO NOT ORDER FROM MAETTE - SCAM.
Poor quality goods arrive - wrong colour, wrong size, poor stitching. They will not pay for any returns instead they offer 15% off the bill or a 40% voucher.
They put a London address on their website plus in £s which make you believe they’re based in the UK.

Absolutely worst dress i have ever seen, nothing like the photo, came all screwed up, damaged bust shape,shipped in a tiny bag ,nothing like it states, also cant seem to get my refund been trying to get my refund but just offer a 20% refund but the dress is damaged

I bought a clothing item on Maette.com. Item arrived and it doesn’t look at all like the picture on their website. Their return policy states 30 days for return and in some cases like when there is a problem with the item they will cover the shipping. Since the item doesn’t look like what I ordered, I attempted to return the item and they are refusing to pay for shipping back to China even though it is their fault they are falsely advertising the item. I have spent three weeks fighting with the to no avail. Do NOT buy from this site. Their pictures are false, and they don’t even honor the return policy stated on their website. Save your money! Don’t waste it on this site
