Booked a holiday for 5 for January, it’s my lads 6th birthday. Partner has tried to contact customer services, very difficult to speak to anyone on the phone, tried the online chat where we have been i formed someone will contact us, been 3 days and feel like not paying the rest of the balance and cut our loses. Surly can not be hard to speak to a human and ask some simple questions as apparently this is some sort of official site for booking Disney land Paris?

Great package deal. Very fair prices. Only negative is when we thought there was an error and tried to contact them, it was actually quicker to get a response from the office in Netherlands than England. In fact, calling, emailing and using online chat in England got me no response. Otherwise a very well put together holiday.

Really easy website but it wouldn’t let me use the Amazon code that my sister sent to me who booked an hour before me - very disappointed

Terrible service. We had an accident on the way to our departure. No evidence whatsoever that they did anything to try and assist with Disney or Eurocamp, just hid behind policy tents and told tough luck. Kids missed the trip to Disneyland land, no way to get any refund or move booking and not one ounce of care from this lot. Book direct was what I was told by Disney. Do not give them your money. Cowboy outfit

I haven’t even gone on the holiday booked through magic breaks yet, but I’m already feeling anxious. Provided with a booking reference that clearly states ‘use on app’ and it says the details are wrong. This had been going on for almost a month! Get absolutely nowhere with emailing, take over a week at a time to reply, the 2 suggestions they told me to do didn’t work. Said that it would be resolved within 2 days and it’s now over a week and still nothing! Phone number cuts you off absolutely impossible to get in contact to sort my issue? So now I’m left unable to link my booking to the app, and can’t confirm anything with anybody as nobody ever responds. after paying thousands of pounds you’d think it would be much more organised and straight forward!

It’s not often you come across someone who works as hard as Emma did and is genuinely so lovely at the same time. She was absolutely brilliant, and I’m so grateful for everything she did to help make our trip happen.

I would 100% recommend Emma to anyone booking through Magic Breaks. If you’re booking a trip, definitely ask for Emma — you won’t regret it! ❤️
