Very pleasant experience booking with Magic Breaks. Had a few special requirements that I couldn’t add online so was put through to Jessica who was extremely helpful. Booked very easily and talked me through every step. Answered every question and made amendments that I requested immediately. Very helpful, thank you!

I booked our family holiday to Disneyland Paris through MagicBreaks, travelling with my two children, and I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the quality of the accommodation they offer.

We arrived at the hotel at around 9 pm, exhausted and looking forward to a good night's rest before an exciting day at Disneyland the following morning. However, we were shocked to find a room full of insects.

I immediately went to reception to request an alternative room, but the hotel was unable to offer a suitable alternative, as other rooms were either unclean or had the same insect problem.

With two children and no acceptable accommodation available, I had no choice but to request a refund and book another hotel at the last minute, which cost me a fortune.

I subsequently submitted a formal complaint to MagicBreaks, and they asked me to allow 28 days for a response from the hotel. However, they never got back to me.

This was an incredibly stressful and disappointing experience that completely ruined the start of our family holiday. I expected MagicBreaks to provide suitable accommodation and, at the very least, to take responsibility for the situation and respond to my complaint.

I would strongly advise anyone planning a trip to Disneyland Paris to consider alternative booking services. Based on my experience, I would not use MagicBreaks again.

Update: a month and half later, still no proper reply to resolve the issue, again, avoid this company as customer service is totally lacking.

Easy to use and book everything required. Ability to pay as and when you want a bonus.

Easy to use website, I wasn’t aware you had to wait for booking to be co formed 24-38hours which gave me anxiety. Other than this booking was smooth and bonus that I got to use blue light code.

Made a small mistake that I noticed minutes after I booked, tried to contact customer services, I called, I sent about 4 emails, none have been answered.

Overall disappointed with the service given. The initial booking seemed smooth but when it came to making an amendment, the problems occurred.
Inaccuracy their side, left them trying to charge me additional fees for a change of accommodation cost, but I had already accepted the quote and made payment.
Never took responsibility, never admitted fault. They didn’t honor the amended booking even though they received my money and unfortunately I had to fight for a refund.
Won’t be returning as a customer.

Tried to book myself online but had issues so contacted customer service and originally dealt with Lauren who emailed me a quote. When I got back to accept Lauren was unavailable but passed details to Rhiannon who was most helpful in getting this all booked and confirmed for me

Booked Disneyland Paris, through Magic Breaks website, all nice and easy to do which was great 😃.
The negative part, as our holiday got closer we had an issue I wanted to discuss with them. I tried to call them no answer, had to leave a message but no one ever called me back, I tried to use web chat but it said they would reply back to me in 4 days (they didn't) and as I was going within a week I tried email which can take up to 5 days for them to respond. I finally got a response but it wasn't the question I asked originally so replied back got another message to say they will reply in 5 days at this point my holiday would have been and gone. So overall experience great with booking online, however can't get hold of anyone very easily.

It wasn't that great as the disabled button didn't work when clicking it. Its very discriminating.
Otherwise a good experience

Rhiannon B helped us book our dream trip, nothing was too much trouble for her and she answered all my questions, I will be returning to her if we book another trip but for now our Disney countdown is on! Thank you Rhiannon ❤️

Amazing booking experience with Natalia. She responded to my online enquiry late last Sunday evening, and was open to me tweaking the package to get the best deal. Really impressed with the booking service I’ve received, my family and I are excited to be going on our Disney Caribbean cruise next year with the knowledge that if we have any issues/queries we’ll be looked after!
