I was amazed at the finished result.
The chip in my enamel bath tub was completely repaired.
I would thoroughly recommend this company. The whole process from sending pictures of the damage to the guy that did magic was easy.
I’m definitely saving their details.

Awful
Unfortunately our experience was awful and is still ongoing. One of MM engineers came into our home and ruined the furniture he was meant to be fixing - literally two small scuffs have turned into having to have the whole of the top of the piece redone. He got spray every where and we are still awaiting a solution.

Awful experience
He came to repair some scratches on dining table, I didnt realise they did this by sanding out scratches. He turned up with one dust sheet and no vacuum, the mess he left us with took hours to clean up, we had only just had everything new after house fire it was all covered in this really fine dust, it was in joins of floor, took hours to clean the room. What a disgrace turning up not prepared to protect my property knowing what he was going to do. Shame on you magic man.

I recently had a new boiler fitted and…
I recently had a new boiler fitted and the engineer caused some damage to my kitchen work surfaces. Accidents happen so he took pictures and sent them to his office. They sent out an engineer from Magicman and within a couple of hours he made the worktop look like the damage had never happened! Absolutely amazing and Luke was a great lad to chat too as well. I would definitely recommend this company as I didn’t think this type of repair was possible!

Let me add to the 1-star reviews…
Let me add to the numerous, recent 1-star reviews of Magicman. The only magic here is how they manage to convince people like me to part with so much money for sub-standard work. I paid £222 in Oct 24 for a small repair to the chipped corner of a quartz worktop. No warranty for the work could be provided, which speaks volumes for the confidence Magicman have in their own workmanship. The repair has already failed (Jan 25) and Magicman don't want to know. They also had the gall to offer a 10% discount on re-doing the work, without a trace of irony! If a company can't offer any guarantees of their work, why offer to do the work in the first place? Had they said, save yourself £200, you're better off not repairing this as it will fail in 3 months, I would've had more respect for a bit of honesty. As it is, they've fleeced me for a costly repair they knew wouldn't work. Seems lots of others have had similar experiences. Avoid like the plague.

Cant see the chip in the tray anymore
The workman arrived on time, was very friendly, neat and tidy and explained clearly. You can not tell that we had a chip repaired - I went with the repair rather than replacing the shower tray in a newly installed shower after a workman had dropped something in the shower. I would not hesitate to recommend this kind of repair.

My kitchen door can back the wrong…
My kitchen door can back the wrong shade. Waiting on them to come back and do the door on site. The door was damaged badly and that has been fixed just the shade was different.
